Turns out they didn’t register my car for the ZTL and so I got fined several months later. I contacted them about it. They promised me they would handle it, but then never contacted me back. Every time I asked for an update it’s “we’re finalizing it” of “we’ll get the papers in a few days”. Now, almost a year later I get another letter about this fine, forcing me to pay it. Honestly, just avoid trying to park in the ZTL, just park right outside of it and avoid the same misery I had.

Super convenient location. But you must reserve and send car info so that you can enter the restricted driving zone in the historic centre of Florence.

Closest parking to the downtown sites. In fact it is only half a block from the pedestrian only zone. The space is very tight (as all parking in Italy is)! The only downside is that they don't open until 7am, and you can't get your car any earlier, so if you have an early departure you'll have to leave the night before. This is standard for all garages in Florence.

I found my car slammed against two doors, as well as parked against another car in the back. Do you think so many reports of car damages are random or coincidental? The staff at least arrogant. Edit: Did I ask you money in order to not make such a post? No. Did I asked you money in order to make the required repair since I know that you are not going to reimburse me? No. Did I swear you or being offensive to you like you did by calling me thief? Again no. I wrote my review as it really is and I'm not going to prove that I'm not an elephant or a fraud like you.

Not a review of the parking service (which was just fine... Would recommend) but a THANK YOU to Viola and Tomas who were working there when we parked. My wife was terribly sick with car sickness when we arrived and these two awesome, caring human beings helped her and the rest of us take care of her until she felt well enough to walk. They offered her a chair, a spot in the cool office and Viola even walked to the cafe nearby and got her a water. They even offered her a vitamin powder to help her get some energy. It worked! I was so moved by the kindness and care they showed us... Complete strangers... I only wish I could have thanked them in person when we returned. I hope they received the small token of my most humble thanks that I left with the attendant on duty at that time. Mille Grazie, Viola and Tomas... You two are amazing!!!

First of all, for some reason you have assumed causality, which was not the case, I have not complained while using your service in any way about the price and/or unfriendliness - so what was the reason for it in the first place? Or you are just unfriendly to everyone because some people complain about the price? Cause that's wrong on a whole new level. Second of all, not sure why you are so defensive, yes I could have checked the price before hand, but this wouldn't have made your services less expensive. I am not complaining (thus not sure why you are so defensive), I am just stating a fact, that given a series of companies that offers parking services and if we compare the prices your prices are on a higher level. Saying (again not complaining, stating a fact) that you are not expensive, would be straight up lying, do you want to lie to people? Not sure if you understand how reviews work, when I mention that your services are expensive (i.e. more expensive than the average) I simply inform people checking the review that they should expect a higher price for the parking. When it comes to the amount of stars your received, given the overall experience, the fact that the employee that handled the service was unfriendly in addition to being a single person parking the cars, bringing the cars, taking the payment and answering the questions I am not sure if you should disagree. Or are you saying that your service deserves more than one star? - Please don't embarrass yourself and say yes, just because there aren't enough parking spots in Florence doesn't mean that you by any criteria offer a even decent quality service.

My experience here was very good. I had a spot reserved for our car overnight and they did indeed have the spot for me. They brought the car to me within a few minutes after I showed up. I would use this lot again.

Professional parking garage with great prices. It's near the pedestrian area, so if you're nervous driving in tight streets full of people, you may want to park further out of town. Best to make reservations online, it sounded like when we arrived, but since we were only parking for a couple hours, the guy let us stay.

Parking was okay but price was a little high. Reply: we parked in two other nearby garages in Florence, our car was always classified as a medium car, but your garage classified it as a large car and increased the price by 25 percent. That is why we said it was pricey.

Nice garage with friendly staff. Place is clean and car is safe. Just that the entrance is a little narrrow so bigger cars will have to take caution

No problems with parking at all. I booked it two days earlier as on the day of arrival it was full. They register your car to avoid a fine for traffic free zone. No scratches on a brand new vehicle. Cost 30EUR a day. Worth recommending if you drive to Firenze and booked in the old town area.

Great location and great service...worth finding this place for peace of mind

Perfect place to leave your car in Central Florence. You need to gave them the keys. No need to worry about spercial permit area. The guys from parking gave the plate details to the authorities. We left our car for two days and it was everything ok.

When you check the price get that in writing from them. Since at checkout they will bump it up and charge you more. The guy in charge during the day shift was extremely rude. Not recommended

The place is a trap! We parked because we saw the rating here! How could that be! They told us upon entering that the price would be 9€ per hour. That itself raised our eyebrows. So we returned after an hour and they asked for 17€. We asked why, the guy said its a minimum of 2 hours. No body mentioned it before. There is a price table in front of the office but it has nothing to do with what you are eventually asked to pay . Do not oark there!

They charged a Hyundai Kona as a large vehicle ,36 euros per day, when there was an option of a small/ medium, 30 euros per day. It’s a true fact so no need for lawyers and blackmails

Easy to reserve a spot, rates are comparable with other parking garages inside ZTL in Florence. We did not have any issues with these guys. We booked 3 days and every time we need our car, it is in the garage. They said they take care of ZTL (submit our license plate to the police). I’m confident that I won’t get a ticket but yet to be seen 🤞

Great open from 8-2359. You have to leave your keys but the guard made me feel okay about it. They charge when you leave with your car.

Very professional and friendly staff. Location almost in the center of the old town so that’s probably what determines a bit higher price (108 Euros for 3 nights). All in all we were satisfied and of course we are not expecting ZTL fine…

2 blocks from the cathedral with attendant parking and reasonable prices.

Very accommodating, friendly, and communicative. I messaged ahead of time to make arrangements for our large van. A great, central location. Not too difficult a drive, or to find.

ot recommended: 1) they hit a corner in the garage, my Tesla wrote the incident on the cameras. But good thing that the was not finally scratches. 2) very expensive. I paid almost 50 euro for half of the day. 3) they are wallet parking : you should give a key and a car and they park it inside themself. The staff was did not look reliable.
