let's

First
of
all,
for
some
reason
you
have
assumed
causality,
which
was
not
the
case,
I
have
not
complained
while
using
your
service
in
any
way
about
the
price
and/or
unfriendliness
-
so
what
was
the
reason
for
it
in
the
first
place?
Or
you
are
just
unfriendly
to
everyone
because
some
people
complain
about
the
price?
Cause
that's
wrong
on
a
whole
new
level.
Second
of
all,
not
sure
why
you
are
so
defensive,
yes
I
could
have
checked
the
price
before
hand,
but
this
wouldn't
have
made
your
services
less
expensive.
I
am
not
complaining
(thus
not
sure
why
you
are
so
defensive),
I
am
just
stating
a
fact,
that
given
a
series
of
companies
that
offers
parking
services
and
if
we
compare
the
prices
your
prices
are
on
a
higher
level.
Saying
(again
not
complaining,
stating
a
fact)
that
you
are
not
expensive,
would
be
straight
up
lying,
do
you
want
to
lie
to
people?
Not
sure
if
you
understand
how
reviews
work,
when
I
mention
that
your
services
are
expensive
(i.e.
more
expensive
than
the
average)
I
simply
inform
people
checking
the
review
that
they
should
expect
a
higher
price
for
the
parking.
When
it
comes
to
the
amount
of
stars
your
received,
given
the
overall
experience,
the
fact
that
the
employee
that
handled
the
service
was
unfriendly
in
addition
to
being
a
single
person
parking
the
cars,
bringing
the
cars,
taking
the
payment
and
answering
the
questions
I
am
not
sure
if
you
should
disagree.
Or
are
you
saying
that
your
service
deserves
more
than
one
star?
-
Please
don't
embarrass
yourself
and
say
yes,
just
because
there
aren't
enough
parking
spots
in
Florence
doesn't
mean
that
you
by
any
criteria
offer
a
even
decent
quality
service.
