We booked this place to have a pasta workshop from AirBNB experience. It was 3 hours of fun for us and for the kids, we learn to make home pasta, Lasagna & Tortaliny and in the end we had a meal eating all that we have created. Wow, it was yummy. Stuff is very warm and welcoming and the pasta class was delightful. If you visit Florence, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy here...

This place is amazing, family own, the also produce the wine and all food and wine is organic. The food was superb but the host (the actually owner) Elizabeth, was grate, he took the time to explain each wine and food that goes with it. I really have a great time, was a mis if good good, good selection of local wine and totally mood created by the host, a place not to miss

The cooking class was fun and informative.. Julia the instructor from northern Italy was funny and happy to answer any questions related to cooking, food and Italian culture. He started to explain about history of italian food and the diversity + variety between all the the italian cities including different recipes of pasta and sauces and their origin. He talked about different types of pasta, pizza, ravioli..etc Then talked about the perfect ingredients of pasta including different types of flowers and step by step guide to make ravioli, pasta and tortellini. We finished making the everything then they took our outcome and boiled it and add the sauces.. And we dined together.. it was served with 2 types of wine, soft drinks and water and it was optional to choose what to drink.. Vivanda serves all organic products from their farms and is highly rated by so many different websites. If you are looking for a way to socialize, experience the food culture and eat this is the right place to come.

We did a lovely pasta making class organised by Airbnb experience and Vivanda served up our homemade pasta in the most amazing way. Would return for a meal someday.

I took the pasta class, and it is the highlight of my trip! Our teacher was so wonderful and great at explaining the technique. The food was delicious and the wine.. was just exquisite. Must go must go!

The pasta course was lots of fun, informative and the result was delicious. Our teacher Giacomo did a great job and explained everything well including some nice personal anecdotes. We wound recommend the course to everyone.

Very nice moment, in the evening making pasta with our chef cook Jessica. We were only 2 to learn how to make homemade raviolis. Jessica tips were useful to cook at home your own pasta. After cooking we have eat our pasta cooked and served like in a restaurant. Very good price for the cours and dinner.

Amazing food full of flavor. The wine is delightful and all organic. The staff were terrific and spent the time to explain the wine and the menu. Only catch is the front door is hard to open! Will be back for sure!!
