Service and attention to detail expected from a 2-star michellin restaurant. Went with the 7 course tasting menu with the wine flight - slight disappointment that the matches included tea (with the first course) and an a beer (in place of dessert wine) however much I could be convinced that they were a perfect match. Food was superbly presented, with varied courses keeping the interest high. All comes at a price that will mean it's reserved for special occasions but didn't disappoint.

A great place that lives up to its standards, right at the heart of Florence. Excellent welcoming, from the hotel reception to the excellent service and brilliantly kind people at the restaurant to the amazing tasting experience. - The 9-course chef's experience menu features South Italian flavors with fish/seafood at the spotlight. Don't miss out. - The pastry chef's present at the end was a blast. - The sommelier really helped us decide on the wine. A true expert and a kind person. - Pro tip for those who pay with card: In Italy, tips won't pass from the POS machines. Please keep some cash with you so you can tip the staff there. A true 2-star Michelin restaurant, as of 2022. Thank you Santa Elisabetta. Cheers!

Well deserved 2 michelin stars. Service and food was on point. The restaurant is housed in the only circular tower in all of Florence with an interesting past - it used to be a female prison. Do book in advance as there are only a few tables in the whole restaurant.

How do I give 6 stars?! Intimate setting, spotless service, and one of the best experiences ever (and I've dined with many of the best around the world). We did the chef's menu with the wine pairing. We did not love every dish, but that's part of the creative process. We loved every minute of the experience. The duck and pigeon stood out. We enjoyed the lasagna interpretation, even if it wasn't my favorite dish. This is a MUST experience! Less expensive than comparable experiences in the US, but puts them to shame....

Michelin rated 2 stars but in my expert opinion it is worth or. Destined to have 3 stars! It is in fact their cooking are much much better than the 3 star restaurant in Florence City. Highly recommended

Wow. Just wow. Went with the 7 course tasting menu with paired wines and it blew away our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, and the food. The food was art. Stunningly layered with thoughtful and beautiful presentation. We will never forget our evening. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience at Santa Elisabetta, very well deserved 2 Michelin stars and I’m sure they will get the third soon. The restaurant is located in the first floor of a beautiful building, the dinning room is really charming with only 6 tables in it. The food was completely outstanding, every course in the menu was A+. The menu is long, 9 main courses + unlimited homemade bread + 2 desserts + petit fours, we spent almost 4 hours eating. The room staff was very kind, they treated us very well. We let the sommelier choose 2 wines for us and after explaining our tastes he find the perfect choice. Best restaurant in Firenze hands down if you love fine dining.

Really amazing taste, each of the dish is carefully prepared with delicacy and welled designed flavour. The spaghetti with urchin is just mind blown. Extremely happy with the experience. Will definitely come back if we ever visit Florence again.

Best meal of my life. Better than Jiro’s, better than Utzutzu, better even than Rumour (my previous #1). And I am not a Michelin loyalist, please look at my other reviews. I care about value and care nothing about appearances, but this meal is absolutely worth every penny and then some. I was initially attracted by the sea urchin pasta dish, but the eel and red mullet dishes proved to be the supreme winners, yet every single dish of the seven course tasting menu was out of this world. The wine pairings were magical. And the service was better than I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Every dish came out the moment we were ready for it, not a beat earlier or later. Wines were replenished within a moment of being consumed. The vibe was exceedingly warm and endearing. My only regret of the whole meal is that I did not get the chance to thank the chef for the meal in person.

Amazing food and service - exactly what I'd expect from a 2 star Michelin restaurant. We got the 9 course tasting menu with wine pairing and wow! The food was nothing I've ever had - so creative and beautifully presented. The wine pairings were perfect. Service is immaculate and the restaurant is nice and intimate. What an amazing meal.

We went here for Christmas brunch and it was outstanding. Everything is closed on Christmas day and Florence is a ghost town. Great time to wander and take photos. Highly recommend.

Booked this place months in advance and it was all you wanted and expected for a Michelin star fine dining institution. It's located within Hotel Brunelleschi hotel, and when I was there was only serving 6 tables so its very intimate. Staff were super friendly and attentive and the food was really good. I did the 9 course degustation with matching wines. My favourite course was the spaghetti.

Had lunch here because couldn’t get dinner table. The chef here is greatly influenced by Japanese cuisine, as a global trend. The appetizers’ texture were very pleasant! Too pleasant it took me a while to finish them. I’m glad to see yuzu here in Italy simply because I love yuzu. The pasta we had had sea urchins from Sicily, which was interesting to me. I only have had unis (sea urchins) from the Pacific Northwest and Japan, so this added another location to my library. Although the uni in the pasta was very very tiny, I felt like I could barely taste it. I assume too much uni would throw out the balance of the dish, oh well.

Food was excellent, we order the premium wine tasting and it wasn’t a perfect pairing. I told the waiter that I didn’t like one of the wines and he didn’t pay attention. They keep bringing wines that I didn’t like and I keep leaving them on the table. The dessert wine had a vinager smell and I didn’t drink it. Food was amazing and it’s worth the visit but the pairing it’s awful. It’s better to orde from the wine list.

You can taste great quality food and wine here. You can taste really good storytelling dishes and new styles of dishes. And I can be proud that the service of the staff is more perfect than any other restaurant. If you come to Florence, I recommend visiting this restaurant. And I'm student of culinary university in Florence and I really want to work with good staff, chef and learn a lot from them.

Creative and tasty, we did the 7-course meal and enjoyed it. A solid 2 Michelin stars and a place we would come back to. The service was refreshing and somewhat playful, if not humble and self-deprecating. "Did you enjoy the dish? ...so that means it's OK if we continue the dinner?" We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

The service was great and the food was generally good. But I don’t know if a seven course lunch had to take 3.5 hours. The sea urchin/seaweed pasta stood out and was my favorite(it got better as i took each bite) but frankly speaking, a 2 star michelin restaurant should have more dishes that are memorable. They do use cool ingredients

One of the best Michelin star meals I've had the pleasure of eating. Amazing service, beautiful presentation and delicious food. And a great Bossa Nova covers soundtrack in the background.

Favorite parts were the servers and the desserts. The setting is intimate (6 or 7 tables only) and romantic. We opted for the five courses and were underwhelmed by the flavors. At this level, it all looks amazing, but the non-dessert courses left something to be desired. The “pre dessert” got a star all by itself. Again, the waiters were excellent - dapper, attentive, and kind. A nice evening out overall, if a bit short of five stars.

Worth absolutely every penny! Wonderfully innovative cooking and intelligently sourced and well explained wines to pair. I felt incredibly well taken care of by the entire team and can’t wait until I can come back!

Simply stunning experience. We went for the seven course tasting menu with the wine pairing. The staff and service were flawless and added to the magical experience. With only seven covers it makes for a very intimate experience. All the food melted in your mouth and the menu takes you through the chef's journey with tastes from around Italy. Thank you to all the staff and especially the chef for the most wonderful tastes!

This restaurant is a must try if you're looking for fine dining and Michelin star rated food. The wait staff was very friendly and professional. There are only 7 tables so it's a very intimate setting. The food was amazing. We got the 7 course tasting menu and it did not disappoint! The staff were great at explaining all of the dishes as they came. Be prepared to stay there for about 3-3.5 hours, but every minute will be pleasant and well worth your time! I hope to come back to this place one day 💞
