👍👍 Espresso and pistachio croissant were excellent. Out of the 10~ or so coffee shops I visited in Florence, this was my favorite. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice. People often mention coffee, Florence, pastries, local, nice,

This was by far the best place we ate lunch in our Florence visit. A local bistro (no English menu, that's how you know it is local), super fast and kind service, fresh and tasty food, local ambiance (locals comes to eat lunch there, so you can see what they order and copy :) ..and prices were really fair trade..the best way to know a city is by it's local places...don't miss it if you are around!!!

A short walk from our Florentine apartment near Il Duomo. This was the second in our canvas of local cafes. What would be worth a 45 minute drive back in Virginia seems utterly commonplace here. In other words, the coffee was amazing and I can't believe I live in a place where this level of quality isn't the norm.

I wish I lived near here so I could visit every day...the cappuccinos and pastries are just incredible and so affordable. The first day we even thought the wonderful gentleman running the front must have undercharged us! When we came back the next day, he recognized us and remembered our orders, which was so sweet. They have a great variety of pastries and, though we were only able to visit for breakfast, I think it must be a great place to get a sandwich and a spritz in the afternoon. Small interior but several tables outside, and in a quiet, non-touristy area. I love this little cafe and can't wait to visit again the next time I am in Florence.

Stumbled across a true local treasure! It was bustling with people and I could soon tell why. The person behind the counter seemingly knew all the customers and was super welcoming to me as a tourist. He has a personal touch with people and, even though he was busy, made time to connect with each person. He didn’t rush anyone and even hand picked a pastry for me (which was divine). If I lived in Florence this would be my everyday cafe. Grazie Mille!

The salato croissant was exceptionally tasty and went well with a cappuccino. I recommend this cafe if you are nearby.

Small, unassuming cafe with nice pastries and good coffee. The setting is far from picturesque. But the owner's jovial demeanor gives it all the charm it needs.

I went here this morning for a cappuccino and sat outside. The coffee was really good. The man that served me was really lovely! I grabbed some croissants to takeaway too- a pistachio and a chocolate and they were both amazing! Definitely recommend.

Excellent pastries & prices like everywhere we've been in Florence. But the real standout was the hot chocolate. So much real chocolate in it, it started to solidify on the top as it cooled. While hot, it was super thick & one step away from just drinking melted fudge. Unquestionably the best hot chocolate I've ever had in my life... and I've had a LOT, since I do not drink coffee.

😐 Booked through The Fork App to avoid queue. Greeted by a friendly assistant but once seated, the restaurant team service is not up to par. They just dropped you the menu and left. We tried to ask more questions about the steak & weight options but the server was not friendly about it. We ended up o...

👍👍 The best steak restaurant in Florence. Food was really good. I ordered the set menu of Appetizer, side dishes, mineral water and the steak, and it was worth it! The steak was so good even if I only ate it just like that, but still you can eat it with 3 sauces. Not only the food, I found that the ser...

👍👍 What can I say it’s the best Gelato you can ever try in Italy. I don’t usually go for popular chains and brands but this place is really really good and is up to its reputation. There is usually a line for the gelato, every flavor you chose will be very unique as if it’s the house’s special flavor....

👍👍 We chose the restaurant using Google Maps. It has a nice atmosphere and the service was very nice. The explanations of the different types of meat were very good.
