I wasn’t impressed. I was rather insulted. I got the tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, and not only was it tepid, but I had one bite of pasta that was actually cold. That’s so offensive to me and I can’t even be bothered to go into all the reasons why... from there on I was already so disappointed that the rest of the meal really didn’t stand a chance... even though I can say that it was fine, average. There are so many other places nearby where you can get much higher quality food for the same, or even lower, price. It’s small and cute inside but not much character to speak of from the service.

This is a terrible place. Rude staff, tasteless dishes. The meals were served cold. They forgot to bring my vine, had to ask for it. Moreover my glass was dirty. The salad had a bitter taste. Suggested beer was also same 'good'. And we were the only table with no bread box on it. Probably because we didn't speak Italian. A total disappointment. Never ever again.

One of the best meals I had in Florence! The food tastes home-cooked, the pasta is fresh and perfectly cooked, everything was seasoned perfectly and the tiramisu is super creamy and fresh.

Very nice place, tasty food, full of locals, which is a good sign. Tasty pasta and good portions. We took a set menu for 15€ each, and it was more than enough. Definitely recommending to visit 👍🏼🍝🍷

Worst food I’ve ever paid for. Dry, cold, flavourless. Bad quality. The side dishes consisted of cold, dry roasted vegetables with no salt, pepper or olive oil. The main dishes tasted like they came out of a can. I have no idea why there are such good reviews. After reading such good reviews, seeing the photos on Google and seeing the framed “trip advisor certificate of excellence 2012” on the wall I expected something decent. What we got was a quality of food I’ve never had at a restaurant before. Maybe they were good 10 years ago, but not now. 12€ or 22€ is good value if you’re getting restaurant-grade food.

Located outside the main walking street, this restaurant seems really popular with locals. We arrived at around 1.30pm, and there was a consistent queue even after we finished our lunch. The set meals are 15 euros each, consisting of a main, side, wine/canned drink and still/sparkling water, which is quite value for money. We tried roast beef and spaghetti with wild boar sauce, and both mains tasted good. Satisfying meal overall, and worth a visit if you are around the area.

You got set menu from 15€ including bread main dish with water and wine, how can you find place like here? Strong recommend!!!

Ignore all the restaurants with months of bookings and lines of people. Swing by here instead. Air conditioning, nice staff, and a set menu of 15 EUR that's an incredible value. Penne with burrata and n'duja (which tasted absolutely fantastic by the way), roasted potatoes, and a glass of red wine for 15 EUR. Fantastic deal. If I lived locally, I'd come here multiple times a week.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place as the food is great, especially for the price. The pasta was great, not the best I’ve ever had but definitely worth the value. A lot of review complain about service but honestly they sat us quickly, took our order, addressed questions we had, and served our food - don’t come here and expect Michelin service… We did two of the €20 set menus (which includes 2 mains + side dish + water + wine/drink + cover charge) and it was way too much food. I probably should’ve done the €15 menu with only 1 main dish.

So glad we found this gem spot! The menu is fixed, we settled with the €15 option which includes starter, main, soft drink or a glass of wine 🍷 and a bottle of water. Our bellies were FULL - beyond satisfying for us 😁 The food is delicious 🤌🏼 so good we dined in twice! Staff are lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an affordable, delicious meal 🥘 Grazie!!!

Decent food and price. Cant fault at the price of 20euros for 2 course. Tried the wild boar pasta to see what’s the fuss for the first time. Definitely a mouthful of flavours.

5/5 Experience. For €16.50 for 2 Main dishes and a side dish, Water, Glass of wine that’s for 2. You are getting what you paid for!!! The servers are kind and the service is fast!

Extremely good value. The food isn’t the best I’ve ever had and neither is the ambiance, but they nail it with service and selection. Will definitely be coming back for a casual lunch or dinner!

Very good opportunity to have a lunch in Florence: 9€ or 12€ for 1 (or 2, respectively) main dish, water and wine. Good choice. Sweets were really good:) Carbonara was a little bit overboiled (that's why I gave 4 stars). Home wine is delicious! Instead of wine you can choose beer or soft drink. We've paid 26€ for whole our lunch.

As others have said, it is priced very cheaply yet offers good quality casual dining level food, especially on their fixed price meals. Reasonable service and good food selection. You can spend twice as much ++ at other restaurants on the same or similar dishes nearby and have food only at a similar level, so may as well come here!

The food was cheap, but mediocre quality. The service was quite slow. Would recommend for a quick dinner near the train station.

Cheaper delicious Italian food. It doesn't look as fancy, thus the price, but it's just as delicious. 10-20€ gets you a lot of great food

Small restaurant off the tourist strip. 15 euros for a combo or pasta, side dish, water and a drink. You can order 2 dishes for 20 euro combo as well. It’s a nice clean restaurant and the food was amazing! Portions are very generous. Highly recommend.

Good overall, very good value for money. 15 Euro for 2 dishes, bread, sides, and wine is great for the area. For the first course I had the spicy tomato pasta, which was lovely. For the second course I had the beef stew, which was also good, a bit fatty but otherwise tasty. Traditional food that will remind you of your moms cooking. Attentive service as well.

One of the best meals I had in Florence we came for dinner there is a fixed menu with several choices, everything we ate was delicious specially the tagliatelle con ragú di cinghiale. Totally recommend based on service, quality of food and price.

Authentic trattoria, a bit outside of main tourist tracks. You probably won’t find a better value for money in Florence. It’s nothing gourmet but it’s good and honest food. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

Great place for a budget friendly meal and good vibes. We enjoyed a generous portion of tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, followed by a grilled steak ( 500-600g approximately) salad, roast potatoes, bread and a 50cl jar of house wine. Good and fast service. Thank you for accommodating us on a busy Sunday afternoon. Would definitely come back next time when in Florence.

Very good restaurant with good prices. Very close to some more expensive places we went to. They make it easy to order. We had several dishes some of which we ate before we remembered to take pictures. The sausage and beans was my favorite. The spaghetti and lasagna seemed to be the same meat sauce so I would pick whichever you prefer but they will be very similar and you cannot go wrong. The servers were very accommodating and helpful. Do not miss this place if you are in the neighborhood. Was extremely close to our AirBnb and about a 15 min walk from the main downtown Florence. To pay you go near the back hallway to checkout.

👍👍 You'll always see queues, but they are actually quite fast, so don't stress! They helped us with recommendations.
