Very friendly folks. We chatted it up a bit, over cappuccino, talking about the coffee scene in California and Washington, Diego Bermudez, and more. We left with 2 of their pour over coffee beans (Arbegona and Kirura). We especially enjoyed the Arbegona, which has notes of stonefruit and vanilla.

This is the best coffee in Florence. Unfortunately, you can only buy from two coffee shops. At least, these are also the best coffee shops in Florence (SimBIOSi and Melaleuca). Excellent, excellent, coffee. Thank god for this.
