The Best spritz we have in Italy. Marrakech has great smooth mint taste. Madras has wonderful seasonings for nuts. Really relaxing and quiet after walking around the whole morning. Kinda amazed the number of tea choices they have and plus from many different countries!!

Back home in America, we have afternoon tea places I enjoy but it’s very expensive. Here, we had tea, cocktail tea and the best cheese cake we’ve ever had all for $26 I sat outside to breathe the natural air. It was quite relaxing. I would def come back here for a afternoon relaxing time.

If you want to escape from the heat and crowd in the middle of the summer in Florence, go have an iced tea in there…air conditioned quiet space, tasty iced tea with a little jazz music playing in the background. Best of all- there is nobody there- best kept secret in Florence…

The products are amazing for sure but we went yesterday and had a terrible experience with personnel. Women that were attending were very rude with us, they assumed that we were not vaccinated because we are Latin-Americans, and when we just showed our certificates they served the tea in a very bad attitude, when I asked for the products to buy they didn’t show them to me, they made a wrongful charge to my husband and gave my friend something different than what he asked for. As I really liked the tea, I went today to the store nearby the Segnoria Piazza and it was a total different experience a very nice woman helped my to find the tea I wanted to buy and show me few more very nice teas. If you like this products definitely go to the other two stores.

Wow ! If you love Tea then this is a must visit. Quality products and superb atmosphere. Teas are taken serious here and everything is calculated and served correctly. Nice books to read. Friendly staff.

A popular place for afternoon tea. Great selection of teas at reasonable prices (e.g. 14 euro) for a trio of finger sandwiches, biscuits, and pot of tea. Great setting and service rounds out the experience. There's both inside and outside patio sitting. The shop itself to buy tea is a bit slow with only one counter. A miss opportunity for them to generate more income if they can move more people through.

My favorite place for a warm tea, they literally have any kind of tea you could want. Their dessert section is also spectacular. They have raised the prices since last time I went and I was a little surprised (7 euros for a piece of carrot cake is exaggerated, in my opinion.) But the service is very good.

Had a really relaxing time here. I sat in the private patio at the back of the tea house. They have a wide variety of teas and the madras was served with some spiced up nuts. All of this comes at a cost, but it's worth the experience. The service was fast and very friendly. Unfortunately the toilet was quite dirty, so you might want to check on it more often.

I went there twice during my stay in Florence. I had a Chinese green tea and a Japanese sencha. Both were prepared well: no over seeping or using water thta is too hot. The young wiaters on Sunday were really nice.

Great tea place, decent cakes and sweets, cocktails not particularly impressive. I recommend the infusion Fuoco di Camino, or as I read it, Cammino del Fuoco.

Good selection of teas in a nice atmosphere. Good place to stop in while exploring this side of Florence on a hot day. As opposed to many other tea shops, though, the leaves seem to be disposed of (unnecessarily I believe, since oolongs can be steeped several times) so when I wanted more hot water, I would have needed to order another pot of the tea at full price. Could have spent a longer time in the nice atmosphere, but this fact shortened it sadly.

What a lovely, refreshing, beautiful shop with every variety of tea imaginable. The ideal spot to step in and cool off from the hot summer with a vast selection of different freshly brewed iced tea flavor combinations, in addition to food and other items. Very sophisticated and incredibly personal and accommodating staff. A real treat! Lovely outdoor seating also in the back. Highly recommended.

The wonderful memories are still present after a few years since we lived in Florence and enjoyed the magnificent experience La Via del Té offers through its incredibly wide and creative range of teas and infusions. The service at the table was very pleasant and well presented by a welcoming and knowledgeable member of the team. The quality of the products to enjoy on the spot or at home is amazing. Many options for gifts as well. Definitely among our favourite tea traders in the world!

A welcome stop on our touring. We did a high tea service and the Marrakech option was a fan favorite. Beautiful spot to stop, take a refresh and have a hot tea.

I recommend going for their afternoon hours because you can order any of their teas during that period. I got the black peach tea cold brewed, and it was amazing. I ended up buying 4 different teas to take home with me over the course of my week in Florence. This location was much better than the 2nd shop downtown. I passed by there and the tea wasn't made with the same care as here. This spot has more to offer all around if you are going to make a stop at Via del Tè while in Florence.

Loved this tea house. Their menu had a great selection of tea “experiences”. I selected the matcha ceremony and I loved every detail of it, including the almond+matcha cookies on the side. Service was good too.

😐 Booked through The Fork App to avoid queue. Greeted by a friendly assistant but once seated, the restaurant team service is not up to par. They just dropped you the menu and left. We tried to ask more questions about the steak & weight options but the server was not friendly about it. We ended up o...

👍👍 The best steak restaurant in Florence. Food was really good. I ordered the set menu of Appetizer, side dishes, mineral water and the steak, and it was worth it! The steak was so good even if I only ate it just like that, but still you can eat it with 3 sauces. Not only the food, I found that the ser...

👍👍 What can I say it’s the best Gelato you can ever try in Italy. I don’t usually go for popular chains and brands but this place is really really good and is up to its reputation. There is usually a line for the gelato, every flavor you chose will be very unique as if it’s the house’s special flavor....

👍👍 We chose the restaurant using Google Maps. It has a nice atmosphere and the service was very nice. The explanations of the different types of meat were very good. The T-bone steak was very tasty and cooked to the desired point. The recommended wine was also good. I was able to take a look at the men...
