This gelateria ice cream shop is very close the Brunelleschi Dome. The cone is more expensive than the cup size. Pricing is as expected for the cup given it’s location. This gelateria accepts credit card. The staff are friendly and offered us an extra spoon when they saw we were sharing. The honey lavender gelato was phenomenal. The coconut gelato was milder in flavor by comparison. We struggled to pick another flavor to go with the honey lavender though. It would be cool to try the wine sorbet or gelato with coffee, cinnamon, and orange. The doors are odd with both the entrance and exit opening into the store rather than out. The in/out doors are nice though for managing traffic, but it would see smoother if the out door opened out to the square.

Expensive, but good! I think $6.50 for a large, & this container was $18. The Red Wine flavor really tastes like sweet wine, the Honey Lavender is Amazing, and the Cinnamon ISN'T gritty. ❤️ If you get a container of it, they put a sheet over the top that helps seal it in before adding the lid. They put clear tape on all sides, but it's hard to see, so be sure to take the tape off 1st or you'll break the lid 😉

Great quality and new flavors every day ! The texture of the Gelato is amazing and the smell of the cones cooked in front of you is wonderful ! Definitely one of the best Gelato in Firenze.

Super yummy gelato. The staff was very friendly and told us that we could try some flavours before making our choice. We got the milk cream and the honey lavender (3.50 euro for 2 flavours on a cone). The cone is really delicious as well too.

Husband and I agree out of our entire Italy trip so far (still yet to explore Venice) that their gelato is the best by far. Their hazelnut + chocolate flavor is so rich and unforgettable. My husband went there 4 times, that says enough.

For the organic gelato lover, this is the place! The staffs are nice. The shop is located in prime location, Duomo! The quality and the texture of gelato is amazing.

Amazing gelato, with lots of vegan options including the often evasive pistachio! Fondente was delicious, also not a guaranteed vegan option at many places that have only sorbetto. Small, friendly and easy to miss, but don't!

Wow this place has amazing gelato! We went two days in a row. They seem to change flavors daily, so we tried 4 of them. They have unique flavors like honey and lavender, apple and mint. The consistency and creaminess were perfect, everything was delicious! Best gelato we had in Florence!

I loved their Lavender gelato and the second best in my opinion is cinnamon. Have visited this gelateria every day of our 8 day stay just to taste that lavender bliss.

Visited today 20th June 2023. All of our party. Very tasty ice cream, gelato and sorbet. Fully vegan friendly. Halal friendly. I had strawberry, lemon, mango flavours. Also tasted the pistachio ice cream. Highly recommend all these flavours.

Excellent gelato - they've got the texture and flavour down pact. I would recommend the lavender and honey- it's unique and delightful, i even tasted real bits of lavender. I enjoyed the red wine sorbey as well as the fresh egg and red wine - it is a tasty creamier version of the red wine sorbet but both got the red wine flavour perfectly.

Spectacular gelato with a great view of the Duomo. Although I’m Canadian and not Italian, this seems very authentic, unlike the syrup and candy heavy gelato seen at some touristy spots. Love that they have a mix of classic and novel flavours (I had the dark chocolate and honey-lavender which were delicious together). The staff were friendly and it’s great that they source organic products. Definitely make a stop here.

As the foreigners, my family and I had nice experiences and awesome gelato ice cream in this store! We traveled Florence during Chinese New Year holiday and we are Taiwanese. We could not speak Italian and the only language we can use to communicate was English. The store owner was very patient and waited for us to understand the flavors of ice cream slowly. He even scooped with the spoons and let us try the ice cream~ Thanks for the services and the great ice cream, my family and I had a wonderful after-dinner snack time😋😋😋

Best ice cream that I have ever tried. Vegan friendly. Organic ice cream. And the flavor is mind-blowing. It is not too sweet which is rare for ice cream. I especially recommend their fruity flavor because it is really fresh and you really taste the real fruit in the ice cream. The price is affordable, you can choose up to 3 flavors for a medium cup of 3.8 euro. I had to come their twice during 4 days trip in Florence. You won't regret it.

This place was recommended by a local guide and it was a great recommendation. The cones are made fresh in the place so you can really taste the difference in crunchiness. Mango flavor was delicious. There was a line formed when I arrived so that should tell you its popularity. Also, they cover their ice cream with a lid, which means its fresh and organic, meaning no preservatives!

One of the best gelato spots in Florence! They have a variety of flavors to choose from and you can taste how fresh their waffle cones are as well. Highly recommend!!

BEST gelato in Italy! I’ve been to Milan, Venice, Rome, Salerno, Sicily and here in Florence, I found the most delicious & authentic gelato. Loved their pistachios, hazelnut and cinnamon flavors. I’m visiting again tomorrow for sure- very curious about their raspberry cheesecake flavor!
