Trying to be hip, but so many things are wrong here. S.L.O.W. We made a reservation months in advance for Saturday sunset drinks and appetizers. We were told that we could only have the table for 75 minutes. We arrived on time. It took 20+ minutes before anyone came to take our order, then another 25+ minutes for our three drinks to arrive. Weakly poured, very small portion, pricey and while the combinations read well on the menu, the flavors did not come through. We waited the remaining 30 minutes left on our time restricted table, but our two appetizers never arrived. So we left.

The best dinner we had during our stay in Florence for sure! Everything was genuinely delicious and flavourful, and you could seriously tell the wonderful cooks really put in extra effort. It's in the little things like the ketchup they bring with your potatoes being homemade instead of simply store-bought—and you can certainly tell by the taste. The various sauces (like the one with the Peso Pluma) are to die for. Additionally, we had a really lovely waitress who took the time to explain things and recommend dishes. The tropical mocktail I had and desserts were excellent as well—especially the "crack pie" combined with the relatively unsweet panna! Overall wonderful.

I can’t comment on the rooms. We only had food and drinks at the rooftop bar. The food is amazing. Super delicious octopus. The drinks are great, but rather pricey. The best is the architecture of the rooftop with different levels of tables, so you’ll get a rather private experience. Additionally, the location between the two most iconic and beautiful buildings in Florence is just breathtaking. I’ll highly recommend to enjoy this unique place in Florence. Please book in advance as it’s highly popular.

Where do start! Lucia is amazing with helping me plan our rehearsal dinner. Everything was perfect. She came up with some great ideas for our dinner. The food was amazing. Our guests loved it! The staff that helped with our event all were so great as well. Very helpful to be sure everyone was happy. The views from Angle Roofbar are some of the best in Florence! Thank you to everyone who made our dinner amazing!

Loved this place. The service is good and the team is very friendly. They gave me a table with the best views. Food is not spectacular but it's good. Cocktails are great. Book a table before hand.

For the view and location it would get five stars, but the music blade the ambiance was confusing: eclectic 80s new wave, 90s rock, Moby. It felt like music for pregaming for a night at clubs, maybe??? Food was mediocre. Service was lacking. Food delivery was strangely slow. Then when the salad got there with no dressing and we requested dressing, it took another ten minutes for the dressing to come. So my hot food got cold while we waited for my girlfriends salad dressing for 10 minutes. We were not in a hurry but to 2 small tapas courses, it took 2 hours. The photo is from the restaurant. We ate dinner here last month and had a fabulous time. The friendly service, the beautiful location and views, the food itself as well as the nice background music…it was a highlight of our visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

A lovely place! Food was great, drinks were great, and the atmosphere and views were great! Would definitely go again if/when I go back to Florence!

The setting is beautiful, the drinks are incredible, and the service was good. We had a lovely waiter and everything was prompt. The portions are small and the price point is mid-high, but a nice refreshing change from the local fare. In contrast to other Mediterranean restaurants the food wasn’t my favorite, but I still think they deserve 5 stars for presentation, setting, and service, as the food flavor might simply be my preference. For SURE make a reservation at least a week in advance if you want prime dinner time. We watched dozens of walk up people get turned away.

A complete dining experience, welcoming outstanding staff. Food is incredible and each dish delivers a story upon every bite taken!!! Great location and view! One of the best meals we had whilst in Florence for 5 days in Aug 2023! We booked a week or so ahead of travelling to guarantee a perfect table on one of their two raised terraces on this fabulous restaurants roof. SO glad we did! What a great view of the Cathedral/Duomo and Baptistry, plus a generally fab view over the city as the sun set. Service was excellent, my son and I made to feel like real VIPs. He had the pork (can’t remember the name of it but OMG I wish I’d got it too! Never tasted pork like it. SO tender, and the sauce was gorgeous. I had steak which was absolutely beautiful too, but the pork was special. Affordable too! Totally recommend it. Great location

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at this rooftop restaurant. The ambiance is relaxing with a sprinkle of swanky. Great views over Fiorenze and attentive personal service. The filet was excellent.

I heard about this restaurant so many good thins that i had to check, and it is all true! The food was delicious, we enjoyed everything. The view is great, the service was outstanding. I will definitely return to this restaurant when i back to the city. t

Don’t go here if you want to avoid pretentious customers and drinks. Waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks and a couple of shorts, whilst watching everyone around us get served quicker. Nice views, boring place. They did fit us in last minute with a table but the vibe was not for us

Very bad experience Apart of the beauty of the terrace, our experience has been terrible. You would expect a superb treatment in such a place. We asked for one of the top terrace and we were not, this can be anyway our fault not having asked clearly. We were anyway on the end of the lower terrace, undes the stair with a very limited view (that would have been the best part of this place), it would be better not to send anybody in that corner. We complain with customers attendant (a youg guy) and, in a very rude way he state that it is aterrace anyway (with no doubt). We have not been considered for almost one hour. When they bring water it was warm (sparkling hot water is terrible), when we asked a cold one they state that is not available, instead we got a wine keepr to make it cold..... unfortunately there was almost no water and ice.... we asked additional and we got the same.... At that point we decided to leave without having dinner. The manager (different for the previous guy) apollogize (he has been quite kind). You would not expect such a treatmnet in this kind of place, considering also that prices is quite expensive. I would suggest anyway for a cocktail.

Awesome spot for some drinks, great rooftop bar. We got there right at opening and they were able to get us a table for over a hour which is what we wanted as had other dinner reservations. If you want to eat, will need to book a reservation. It is inside hotel and have to check in. Expensive but you are paying also for experience. Would go back, want to eat next time.

Stunning rooftop with incredible views. The service was great and very attentive. I gave them 3 stars because we booked for an early dinner (6.30pm) and by then they’d already run out of 4 of the dishes! So we had our drinks and found dinner elsewhere. The menu is a bit odd and pricey for what it is anyway so we’re actually happy we didn’t eat here. Drinks, service and view are worth it though!

Very expensive place,took a long time to have our reserved table (which booked before). The dishes were small but tasty, the view and the music vibe is romantic, but it was hard to see the menu outside in the dark. I wouldn’t seat here again :)

The location and views were spectacular. The food was good but not great - the octopus was spectacular, the steak was tasty, they didn't have any of the pork dish that was on the menu. The service was adequate. We were satisfied with our dinner, but for the money there are some better options out there. With that said, I think it's a great location to go for a drink to see the city from the roof!

Very nice welcome, very clean rooms. The most amazing part is the roof top of the Angel restaurant. Great and very interesting menu combining Mediterranean and Italian style food, the staff and service are wonderful and very happy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Definitely need a reservation to go here so glad we made one through open table. This location for restaurant is beautiful. The view the atmosphere. The drinks were delicious more expensive but you are paying for the view. The staff was so nice. The food I wasn’t impressed. The cherry blossom was tiny raw fish shaped in a cherry blossom with delicious sauce I used bread to absorb and my husband had the Nero ravioli with shrimp he said he wouldn’t get again. I would definitely come here gain and get the appetizer meat platter and enjoy a few drinks.

Such wonderful views of the sunset and city! Had an 8pm reservation and it was perfect timing. Quaint and intimate atmosphere with gorgeous 360 views of the city. Great service and wonderful food! Highly recommend the caprese and beef tataki entree!

Great place to see the sunset while having some aperitivo. We had some wine and one of the cold dishes (splash) which was delicious! Service was always good!

If you are in this area you can't miss this experience... Beautiful rooftop in the heart of Florence!!! Reservation is needed so you need to plan BUT is so worthy!!! You must visit this roof top bar , right in the heart of Florence. Fantastic views of the beautiful city and amazing cocktails. Our waiter, Giusy, made us feel very welcome. We were lucky enough to be staying at their hotel in the same building and I could also not recommend highly enough.

Super sunset drinks and antipasto from a kind and attentive staff. Make reservations a day or two before, which we did easily.

We received a recommendation from friends who were here a few months ago. We came for dinner, and it was an outstanding experience! Our waiter was lovely, and the food was perfect! Higher prices than what we got to see in the city, but definitely worth the money! Wish we could come back again!

we had a wonderful and memorable experience at the Angel rooftop bar. 360 deg View from their highest terrace was magic combining sunset and buildings. The food and service were outstanding. Young staff members very friendly and they just made the experience even better!
