👍 Tasty homemade pasta and reasonable prices for both food and drinks. The staff was nice and the place was cozy. I rate 4/5 because I did not find the place particularly special. People often mention pasta, family, delicious, fresh, great, restaurant, meal, homemade, house,

This is a family run restaurant and you can see the mom and grandma working in the kitchen upon stepping in here. You will also see a play area for their two children. Absolutely loved this cozy environment! Pasta was handmade and the prices are so reasonable! Food was absolutely delicious. They are really friendly too. Visited twice during our trip and they recognised us when we went the second time. Both times we went, I see old Italian couples and it seems that they are regulars.

After trying many places in Venice, Padova, and Florence, this was the BEST eating experience in our whole trip to Italy, by far! If you’re in Florence, definitely don’t miss eating here. We had their house sauce pasta and the ragu, both were absolutely mindblowingly delicious! I had this dorky smile on my face the whole time. It’s rare for food to be that exceptional. Their table wine was also very nice and extremely well priced. There were also only locals here. I wish we were here longer and could back for more. I’ll be dreaming about this food for long to come.

Follow your heart and leave the main area and you won’t regret it. The namesake is the sole chef. These are clearly recipes near and dear to her heart and you feel like you’re sitting in her dining room. The waiter is assume is her husband. If I could give it a bonus star I would. The wild boar pappardelle, a Tuscany staple, was amazing.

Amazing home made pasta and Rigoletti soup! You can see them cooking it in the kitchen, including the grand parents. Excellent service as well! Went back twice! Not touristy at all and prices were inexpensive for the quality.

Lovely spot for homemade pasta and something that hits the heart - pasta was very fresh and felt very homey. Place is ran by an older couple - nonna runs that kitchen while nonno’s in charge of waiting tables. Good serving sizes and we enjoyed our pasta. Surprise stunner we’re the fried chicken that was well seasoned and was boneless too!

The food is delicious!! Family run by a small family- their kid is adorable and plays in the front. Speak very little English but VERY friendly! Food was great as well. Read other reviews after that were negative and got very frustrated. Food was perfect and fresh! Can tell the pasta was made fresh with love! Can't wait to come back at the end of our trip! :)

I’m very hesitant to write this review, because I don’t want people to know how great this spot is. And that’s all because I do not want the crowds to ruin its charm. 🥹 This place is special. No frills, family owned spot with the best homemade pasta in Florence. Each dish is handcrafted and just absolutely delicious. The steak florentine was great for the price too. The service felt as if you were family and was welcoming the moment you stepped in. It’s spacious, original, and just an all around great experience. Sit back and enjoy the good food and vibes. You’re in for a treat.

Delicious fresh made pasta and tiramisu! Very family friendly with lots of toys for children to play with, and a comfortable lounge section to sit in while you wait for a table. You can watch meals and fresh pasta being prepared in the front window. I cannot overemphasize how light, creamy and delicious the tiramisu was! Service was efficient and warm.

Amazing, family run restaurant serving traditional homemade food and house wine. Fresh and delicious ingredients. Ravioli may look simple but they are soooo flavourful - it’s a must-try. Tiramisu was so good that I didn’t even take a picture 😊

Located near the Boboli garden, this place does amazing homemade pasta (the pasta was rolled and cooked to order) and service was excellent. I am usually not a fan of fresh pasta but the texture and flavour here were just on point. We tried the aglio and porcini pastas and they were really rich while made with very simple ingredients.

We were so lucky to not be turned away for a table of two as they were expecting 2 large groups to arrive within an hour. We were even more fortunate to have had the best pasta in our lives (and this is my 3rd time in Italy). The ravioli stuffed with vegetables and ricotta needed no sauce; the egg papardelle was perfectly al dente in a boar ragu rich in wine. The only hiccup was the water that he charged for but never served us.

Excellent food. Fresh pasta. It was great watching the ravioli being made. The wide noodles with wild boar reminded one of our diners of traditional Hungarian food. Very friendly family run business. I strongly recommend this restaurant!

We saw fresh pasta being made in the window and immediately made a reservation. I went with my family and each dish we had was incredible. The house sauce…. I can’t even think about it without my mouth watering. The best pasta I have had in Italy. The staff is kind and attentive. You feel as if you are eating at their home. This place is a must-go for fresh homemade pasta.

A very friendly, casual restaurant serving the very best pasta! We enjoyed a good range of antipasti with great quality cold cuts, then each one of their hand made pastas (pici, ravioli and pappardelle with their house sauce). All of it was utterly superb and we didn’t leave a single piece, despite being full - just too good to waste! Thought I was the only one who loved tiramisu but my family decided to ‘help’ me! Highly recommended and big thanks to the restaurant for a truly delicious and memorable meal!

Absolutely the most darling, authentic restaurant! We didn’t have a reservation and showed up right when they opened and were able to get a table. From the front you can see the kitchen which was incredible! We had the bruschetta fagioli, wild boar pasta and the pasta with house sauce- all a 10/10! This was the experience we were looking for in Florence and we will definitely be coming back!

This is one of our favorite meal experiences from our time in Italy. We were staying up the street and just happened to walk past, but it was the BEST thing to happen to us!! We got a bottle of Chianti for 10 euro. They gave bread. We both got a simple pasta dish, but the flavors were so complex and rich. We said “best meal of our lives” about 10 times during the meal. So fresh tasting. We said we would come back to Firenze just for this restaurant. It was so good that we called our friends we were traveling with and told them they had to come RIGHT NOW and eat here because we couldn’t look them in the eye after this meal knowing they would never be able to experience it. The staff was very accommodating and they pushed two tables together to make room for our friends. It is the meal that we have compared every other meal in italy too. Molto bellissimo!!! We had the spaghetti with garlic olive oil and red pepper and the tagliatelle with tomato sauce. Incredible. Also need to shout out the family that is running the show. Incredibly sweet
