Being able to also stop for a quick, vegan and sustainable lunch break makes it one of a kind. Too bad...we had little choice since they had faked almost everything. We manage to try a Farifrittata with side dish and Fusilli with black cabbage pesto. Very interesting frittata Fusilli cooked well and the pesto was excellent. 3 stars which can even become 5 if in the next times I come there is more attention to detail both in the bistro and in some aesthetic details for the rest to try!
