Very enjoyable little outdoor cafe right before Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Uffizi! I didn’t feel any rudeness here, which a few other reviews mentioned. Reasonable portions and prices, great people watching. Server was very nice and efficient! Stop by the Museo Galileo next door if you have time!

AVOID! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff are rude and attempt to con tourists at every opportunity. This included trying to charge me €10 for one drink which they had said was €2 because I sat down after they offered me a seat. The food and drink are awful and over priced.

They are ready to kill you for using their dirty toilet. Firstly they say, that you can use it, after they don't let you go out of caffe until you pay. The barmen even demanded to give him my smartphone, after i said that i didn't expect to pay for toilet, because nowhere was written that it's payment. Most likely, only by fraud they can earn at least some money. I don't think a person who can do like that, will make you a good coffee.

Had a lovely quick lunch here before heading to Gallello Museum. The lovely lady at the counter made my husband a fresh vegan sandwich and the choclate display at the counter should not be ignored.

Lovely place to have a traditional Italian breakfast. Coffee is delicious and their pastries are always fresh. This is a family owned Coffee shop and you can see the many locals having their morning coffee at this place. If you are a coffee lover like me then give this place a try. Don't let the bad reviews change your mind.

Lovely corner cafe across the street from Museo Galileo and just down the block from the riverside end of the Ufizzi. Terrific espresso, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. I’ll be back!

Our fresh made sandwiches were amazing and the waitress was super helpful. Coffee was great and I also got a smoothie with no added sugar and it was delicious!

The lady at the counter was really aloof and served us in takeaway cups when we said we wanted to have it there. She just said “grazie ciao” with a really rude disposition and also cheated us of 1 eur change. The coffee was the worst we’ve had in Italy, horrible experience — don’t go there!!!

The pastries are delicious, worth to visit just for them. The coffee and juice are okay as well, very foamy and subtle, both freshly made. The staff speaks English, in case you don't speak Italian. They were friendly and helpful, not at all rude in any way. The prices are as expected from any café in Italy, especially if you have table service. I have nothing to complain about, on the contrary. This is a nice place to grab a bite after a long day in the museums, which are aplenty in the near surroundings. Great location.

If you don't want a disappointing experience then skip this place!!! The service was really bad. It's the end of our 3 week trip in Italy and we never experienced something like that! Staff seems extremely uninterested and a bit lazy as well or they were just overwhelmed with work?? Ordering took extremely long, they brought the wrong things and they almost ignored us when we wanted to pay. Only one star because the coffee was also less than average.

If one wants a great cappuccino in Florence, to a OK price, this is the place to go!!!
