The staff was horribly rude. There is a middle-aged Asian lady at the reception. AVOID HER at all costs! She's problematic, rude and unapologetic. The hotel looked shady. They refused to serve us breakfast in the morning despite promising to, the previous night. The bedroom lock jammed shut. No safe in the room. They didn't even provide fresh toiletry, or clean out the trash. The towels stank. This should be called 'Hotel Herpes'.

Great for travelers. Direct access to the main railway station from where you can move to any city in Italy. We stayed there for 4 nights and used to move to other cities with high speed train. Place is also close to supermarket, restaurants and a lot of caffe’s where you can start the day with breakfast and cappuccino then head to your trip to any city in the north. Totally recommended.

Good things: owner is lovely and very helpful. Gave us a map and advised us on places to eat. Rooms were nice and clean and had AC which was awes0me in summer. Negatives were as mentioned there are a lot of stairs and quite steep. Also only one bathroom on floor and the shower is in front of the toilet with no curtain etc to block it off. It is right next to station which was perfect for location but we could hear trains passing in our room.

Service is an unknown word in this establishment. Not even politeness. At this hotel we were scolded for being too early, yelled at for asking questions. They messed up our reservation. The receptionist kept me up all night by listening to loud videos audible through our room's wall. The door to our room wouldn't close properly. The shared shower was very unhygienic. Breakfast is basically non-existent. If you are looking for a nice vacation this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to actually get some sleep, don't go here.

I had a room with a private bathroom. Room was somewhat tolerable, the walls were really thin though and I could hear literally everything that was going on in the corridor and rooms close to mine. The bathroom, however, was horrible. I can’t even begin to describe how bad it was. Esp the toilet, I needed to press the button applying a lot of force at least 5-6 times for it to flush. Moreover, the receptionists... The man was very friendly and nice, but the woman, I had to deal with her most of the time, was rude. I arrived late at night and had luggage. Since they don’t have a worker to help with it, I asked the receptionist to do it (they don’t have an elevator either btw), even though she helped me, she was annoyed and it sounded like it was my fault that they don’t have a worker to deal with it. Ridiculous. So, she saw that I arrived late at night, still she called me early in the morning and when I didn’t answer the phone, she took her own keys and opened my rooms’ door and just went in to ask....if I needed room service. I was still in my bed and I was shocked. She had no right to do that and it was extremely impolite and rude. I looked for a hotel near the SMN station to stay in for a couple of nights and I’m glad I had to stay even less than I planned there. I’d rather pay more than come back here. Not recommended.

The shared bathroom is not really comfortable and sometimes stinky. I stayed 3 nights and even did not have my towel changes at all. The only good thing is they have very friendly staffs. This is cheap but I still could not suffer this experience.

It was truly okay. Nice staff and good WiFi. Location was good, really central. We asked for two single beds and got a double and the plugs didn’t work except for one. For the price it was okay though. The bathroom in our floor wasn’t lockable which was annoying. The lock was broken. So three stars it is.

Quite dirty, super expensive for what you get and rude personnel. Mattress was hard and pillow was super thin, which you would not expect for around 100€ per night. Insanely long waiting time at the reception. We have been screwed for over 100€ when we asked to shorten our stay for insatisfaction and they refused. They proceeded to tell us we had to deal with it and we could go to the police if we were not satisfied, that they would do nothing. I would suggest you avoid this place.
