I
visited
Villa
Antea
in
September
with
my
husband
on
our
road
trip
around
Italy.
When
booking,
I
made
sure
that
Villa
Antea
would
have
private
parking
for
our
touring
car
(I
gave
exact
dimensions)
and
we
were
promised
a
parking
space.
On
our
arrival,
it
became
evident
that
there
was
no
space
for
our
car,
which
was
very
unfortunate
as
we
were
carrying
a
lot
of
electronic
equipment
on
the
trip
for
my
work
as
travel
journalist
and
photographer.
To
us,
it
seemed
that
the
lady
who
received
us
was
more
concerned
about
her
other
guests
and
their
normal-sized
cars
than
keeping
her
promise
of
parking
to
us.
We
had
to
use
paid
parking
on
the
street
for
two
days.
No
compensation
was
offered
other
than
a
notion
that
we
were
"upgraded"
to
a
bridal
room:
but
judging
from
the
photos
on
their
webpage,
our
street
side
room
did
not
afford
in
any
way
the
status
of
being
a
bridal
room.
The
room
itself
was
clean
and
ok
(for
the
price),
yet
very
noisy
during
nights
due
to
the
street.
I
felt
very
disappointed
as
we
had
been
looking
forward
to
this
trip
to
Florence
and
the
atmosphere
of
the
place
really
let
us
down.
P.S.
The
breakfast
was
ok,
as
well
as
the
nice
woman
serving
it.
