We didn't end up staying at this place because we were lied to before we arrived regarding parking. I was clearly told that there is free private parking available, which guess what - there is not - when asked for a refund, we were refused on the grounds of the hotel's staff not being able to speak English properly. We had a look at the room, it was tiny and pipes are sticking out all over the place. Whoever took pictures of this place did a great job at deceiving. Overall it did not seem clean, but we were not there long enough to conclude. We went to an Airbnb instead, which ended up being more expensive (even if we include paid parking in city centre) but I do not accept being lied to and don't really care that much about a few pounds. I strongly recommend against - it was a horrible experience in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe!

Horrible horible experience! Please read! This is a spam hotel! I arrieved at 9:45 pm. I called the number for booking several times nobody answered. The sign of the hotel makes the hotel impossible to find- maybe that is the plan as this has been a contiunes complain from clients. I found another number and at 9:52 pm I called hotel andreea (link to this hotel). The receptionist is a worker paid to answer phone calls but with no power or common sense..he was keep repeating I need to pay 40 euros- about the same amount I paid for the room. Impossible to communicate with him.and after a long day of traveling i told him i agree to send someone. He daid 20 minutes..after 35 minutes noone came so I called him back. He said nobody answered and he doesn't know what to do too help and that at 9 am someone should come. Now its been more than 3 hours that iI have been staying in front of the hotel, after two long flights, changing the continent and a bus ride. Unacceptable situation. Do not get fooled and DO NOT BOOK this SPAM HOTEL!

Very helpful staff, flexible, easy going - especially the guy working there. Good price for a room in Florence, the basic needs were met, rooms were good enough, comfortable beds. I slept well here! And very convenient location.

Had a bad experience with this hostel because the host couldn't speak English and spoke Italian all the time while we had to guess what he was trying tk say. Shower is shared of the first floor, you can't lock the bathroom. They use pumping system so it can be smelly when you shower. The walls were paint in chalk so when I put my bags and jacket near the wall it was covered with white chalk which was hard to fet rid off.

The worst place, we Pay for three night...and the night we arrived there was no one at reception so we had to pay another hotel and they did not respond for that night....there's no one never! Only at 10am when is check out time, the rooms are not hygienic and finally,if you need it,they never respond the telephone

The hotel is placed in one floor. Some rooms have they're own fridge and they'll have air conditioner if you go in summer.

Very nice room in city center. 5 min to centrum and also trainstation.

The service is good, but the room is really small and and simple.

By far the worst hotel I have ever been. We made a reservation for a room with external private bathroom but it turned out to be quite the opposite, we soon realized other people used it and we did not get a refund when we complained. In fact, we never received a clean bathroom. The bed was horrible since the mattress was not flat and the room was quite dirty. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
