I
stayed
here
on
a
quick
trip
to
Florence-
only
2
nights.
Overall,
the
experience
was
great!
The
beds
were
comfortable,
the
inside
of
the
hostel
was
beautiful
and
spacious,
and
the
lockers
were
huge-
big
enough
to
fit
my
large
travel
backpack.
The
hostel
is
located
inside
of
a
historic
building
in
Florence
right
next
to
the
river
and
the
dorms
seem
to
be
old
convent
dormitories!
Very
cool!
However,
I
was
incredibly
disappointed
in
some
of
the
staff.
The
woman
working
the
front
desk
was
rude,
charged
more
than
what
we
should
have
paid,
and
patronized
me
constantly.
It
was
pretty
evident
that
she
hated
her
job
or
hated
Americans
(or
both
haha!).
I
talked
to
other
guests
in
the
hostel
and
they
said
she
treated
them
just
as
poorly.
The
bathrooms
do
not
lock-
very
weird-
and
there
is
a
constant
noise
that
sounds
like
a
tea
kettle
all
the
time!
You
are
required
to
drop
off
the
keys,
which
unlock
the
room
AND
your
personal
locker,
at
the
front
desk
whenever
you
leave
the
premise.
I
was
unsettled
by
this
because
my
valuables,
including
my
passport,
could
be
unlocked
by
anyone
when
I
was
not
around.
I
will
say
I
personally
found
the
place
to
be
incredibly
clean,
but
I
didn’t
use
the
kitchen
so
I
can’t
speak
on
that.
My
experience
was
great
if
you
disregard
those
few
minor
things
and
the
location
can’t
be
beat!
I
definitely
recommend
staying
here,
but
if
you
are
a
female
alone,
perhaps
consider
somewhere
with
locks
on
the
restroom
doors.
