My stay here was amazing the people here are great. Great service and feels really homey for what it is. I wish they had a hot tub though. Floor so good got me and my friends slumped

We have stayed at this property many times over the last 7 years. We used to love this hotel. Unfortunately, our latest stay was awful. The beds have been swapped out for HORRIBLE mattresses with cheap sheets and mattress liners that simply do not live up to the Marriott reputation. The pull out couch was barely usable, essentially a thin bag of springs. And the king bed is so thin and cheap. The bathroom was okay, clean at least, and housekeeping came every day. But there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the steam and humidity is unbearable, and our sink drain was clogged. And the room thermostat won’t allow you to set the temperature below 65, even though the room isn’t even that cold! We were hot all night, especially if the shower has been used. Overall I’m really disappointed with our stay, which is especially upsetting because we’ve enjoyed this property a lot in the past. Changing my 5 star rating to a 1. We will not be back.

Jerry, the Marriott's Cooperate Catering Manager and his team did an excellent job working with us on our event this weekend (7/15/23). They were very responsive and the facility was perfect. Keep up the good work Jerry and we hope to see you soon.

Nicer than most hotels in the area. The air in my room did not cool below 70. The beds were comfortable, i like my mattress the more firm side. The pool was nice and parking is easy and close to all doors. Breakfast is not included. Also the shades do not block all the light so in the morning the room is very bright.

Linden, at the front desk above all, made my stay smooth and welcoming, like I’m coming home! There was a little glitch in my reservation and he demonstrated his consistent professional, calm & determined demeanor and resolve, in which I had no doubt that everything would be just fine. . This high level of above and beyond customer service was directly demonstrated by Linden, but is consistent with the entire team at the Marriott Cincinnati North. I absolutely love this place and appreciate the team for always ensuring a safe, welcoming & clean atmosphere for whatever the occasion! It is family, business, event and leisure friendly! Huge thanks again Linden for this stay & Malachi & Mike for always, always being just the super dooper best! I can’t say enough about the Marriott Cincinnati North…. They are consistent & committed to excellence!😊

Very nice Marriott. Very clean and large rooms. Friendly staff. Had New Years Eve Party we attended. Food and service was great. We bought a couple drinks from the bar before the party and they were very expensive.

Beware, hotel charges $5 a night for parking???? Seems odd, no security, no parking garage. Just seems like a quick way to make a buck. First night of 12 nights. First room, tv didn't work. Very accommodating young lady switched me to another room. Much friendlier than the young man that checked me in. "Bistro" in the lobby but no free breakfast. Coffee machine was down. Had to go to Einsteins for breakfast. Smallish hotel trying to be bigger. Bartender was cool.

The location is great. And when you walk in, it looks like a really nice hotel. However, the rooms are mediocre. Paint was peeling off the wall over the closet. One of the walls near the bed had some type of brown splatter. The double beds are small but that's my fault for not paying attention. I thought double queens were standard. The knob on the shower was not on tight so it took a lot of pressure for me to get it to turn on and then maneuver it to the desired temperature. I ended up leaving it on for my 2 kids to take their showers and then turned it off when we were all done to avoid the hassle. I just wasn't impressed. Thankfully this was only 1 night and it was covered by points.

The location was so central, an easy drive to Mason, Middletown and the East end. The room was comfortable and the in-room air conditioning really worked! Our room was comfortable our entire stay and the shower was exceptional! The staff at Butler's (in house bar/restaurant) was friendly and attentive and they served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Huge parking lot with free parking. Hotel is located in a great area, just north of the beltway around Cincy, you can literally get anywhere in under 30 minutes. We will definitely return when in the Cincinnati area.

Big ole place out of step with today. No more Starbucks in the lobby, no quick to go sandwich and in the room…No water (now have to be titanium), no tissues, no nothing

All the people I came across at this hotel were nice. However, my room was not clean. The toilet seat was covered in dried pee spots. I found out after unpacking and getting ready to hop in the shower, otherwise I would have turned around and asked for a different room. I had sanitizing wipes with me, and had to wipe down the toilet seat, flush lever and the whole counter because I just couldn't trust the cleanliness any more. It was a short one night stay, and everything else was fine. The bed looked clean, and I had more than enough towels, but I just had an icky feeling and felt the need to check my towel and looked through the bed. There were pieces of trash on the floor (bottle cap and other small pieces of paper), but the toilet was the only visible issue.

The bed is so uncomfortable I decided to sleep on the pull out. I’m not exaggerating when I say the mattress was like laying on cardboard. Truly terrible and I expected more from a Marriott. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of comfortable bed. The room was nice and had everything I needed aside from a comfortable bed. Ice bucket was filthy.

Hotel is conviently located right off interstate. Rooms are clean and my floor was quiet. Hallways need brighter lighting though because it is hard to see room numbers.

The hotel was very clean and well staffed. The double beds were hard and not very comfortable. Our baseball team stayed for an event, and they had a great breakfast buffet in a side room for us. Beware of the prices if you eat or drink on the bar.

Good location. Rooms aren't bad but the beds are. Nice lobby with plenty of spacing for large groups to hang out. The biggest negative were the disgusting ice machines on the floors. Visible bacteria on the outside and the ice had a nasty taste. Gag!

I called earlier to request to stay on the second floor. They let me know they will be able to accommodate the request. I normally request second floor rooms in case the elevators take a long time I can use the staircase as I have a horrible case of arthritis. I found it first floor rooms are very nosy. I am almost 50 years old and I was told that I must sign some type of agreement saying that I wouldn't throw a party. I thought they only did that at the Motel 6 but to my surprise I was wrong. Ask them was this Marriott policy because I stay at another Marriott property right across the street the night before and I wasn't required to sign anything. Mind you the person in front of me was not required to sign anything as well. When I challenged the representative she told me if I I didn't plan on having a party I had nothing to worry about. None of this attitude was given to the guy that checked in before me. I also was asked was I a part of a wedding party . I let the representative know that I was there working and I had no clue what she was talking about. I guess there was another event going on that weekend that I had nothing to do with and I was associated with it . That's the only thing I can think of but regardless while asking me if you're going to still make me sign the party waiver. I went ahead and signed it because I was actually in town working and I just didn't have time for the little games. After I got my keys I waited close by and watched the next three people check in none of which "looked" like me... and none of which were required to sign the party waiver. I was very offended that I was made to sign this because I guess I just look like I'm going to throw a party. I own an extremely large Healthcare company in Atlanta and I am a titanium elite customers so when any of my staff travel we always stay with Marriott. I definitely won't stay at this location anymore and I'm talking to a Hilton representative about setting account up for myself and my company on tuesday. And maybe they will appreciate our business a little more and give us a little bit more respect.

The staff seemed confused when I check in. When I finally got to my room there was a large red stain in front of my door that looked like a homicide happened there the night before. The two nights that I stayed there were the same two garbage bags stacked up at the end of the hall. My co-worker asked for hand soap for two days and never did get any in his room. Upon checking out the clerk repeatedly called me by the wrong last name. I asked for an emailed copies of my stay and never did receive it. Did he email my information to the guy who last name he was calling me? Was way under impressed. I tried to call the hotel from the numbers on their web siter and all numbers sent me to the reservations. Very disappointed in this property.
