Don't expect any reasonable discounts here. The store is large and nice but pricing is still very high. Disappointing and not worth the hour travelling time by train and taxi from Florence. Save your money and shop in Florence.

Horrible! asked for 39.5 as a gift shoe, they gave 39 which is printed on the box and the sole and only noticed it once back to UK! contacted them, and they are trying to convince me that 39.5 is always printed as 39 only but i should ignore what is written and believe that it is 39.5! told them it does not fit but getting absolute horrible service! this is more low cost shop rather a luxury brand! ryan air in luxury industry

It’s like your wildest dream came true : a massive Prada supermarket and everything is on sale. Overall more options than the other neighbor Prada outlet from ‘The Mall’ and less Asian tourists queuing for tax free. Ideally check out both outlets, you can never have enough Prada.

The quality of the products (especially the Prada bags and wallets) in the outlet shop seems to be inferior to the products sold in actual stores. There is a decent selection of products but we didn’t see a lot of items on sales.

Great store, but hard to find. Had lunch in the cafe, the good was surprisingly great.

They have a very special discount not to all but still a good bargain. Spacious place, lots of parking space..

It was our third visit there in 5 years, this time we couldn't find anything to buy, some products didn't have outlet prices and some popular items was missing.
