We had the best experience ever in the Cassetti AD in Florence. While traveling in Italy for my wife’s 50th birthday we made a stop in to see if there was any available inventory. After a short conversation we were told they had a few ladies as well as a Platinum Day Date. Once we settled on the two tone, diamond faced Datejust for her the service went into the next gear. We could not have been treated better as we were lucky enough to also have Signor Cassetti there during our purchase. We were presented with several fantastic gifts including a signed copy of their Rolex brochure highlighting the history of the store with his personal drawings. We can’t thank them enough for their fantastic service and look forward to our next visit to Florence. AD’s throughout the US could learn from this fine establishment.

Hands down the best and most polite Rolex shop in Italy. Traveling from US across Italy I stopped by many shops wanting to buy a watch…. every place was extremely rude. This shop treated us like normal humans being polite and helpful. Glad I purchased my first Rolex from this awesome shop in one of the top historic shopping districts in the world. Honestly if I ever want to purchase another Rolex I would fly overseas again just to buy it from this shop. Keep up the great customer service and thank you!

After spending almost 3 weeks in Europe with no luck in Amsterdam and Switzerland, my wife and i decided to try our luck in Florence. We were VERY lucky to have Francesca welcome us into the boutique, and present us with options (very different experience from another big city in Italy). She was amazing and friendly through out the situation and the transaction, and the wife couldnt be more happy with her first Rolex, so much so she would like to return to Florence in the future just to visit this boutique again! While visiting Rome 09/2021 I decided to call almost every ROLEX AD possible. I forgot my sales persons name but she answered the phone and she had the watch I was looking for! I almost didn’t believe her because you can’t find a Rolex nowhere! I rented a car the same day and made the drive the next day! I’m happy with my Yacht Master II. Hopefully I get lucky next time I visit Italy ;) great customer service!

Best Rolex store. Excellent service from Andrea, who speaks English and some Mandarin and provided professional recommendations that helped my final selection. The store has richer collection than the other Rolex store in Florence downtown. At least during the time when I was at Florence, I found more choices at Cassetti. It's also worth noting that the store locates at the iconic Ponte Vecchio and has a view overlooking the Arno river, which elevates your shopping experience that you normally won't get from a standard Rolex store. If I return to Florence, I will only shop with Cassetti for watch.

Iv been looking for a Rolex for a long time in the uk, each A.D i go to are stuck up and very rude! Iv come to Florence on a small break, I decided to try the ponte vecchio A.D, and what a shock, the staff were very friendly very helpful, and had the Deepsea watch I wanted!! Any uk Rolex staff reading this, buck your ideas up!! Learn from the Italians!!

I met with Lorenzo, the owner and he was a true gentleman. I enjoyed chatting with him and visiting his store. It was my first time in Florence, and I was looking forward visiting Boutique Rolex. Absolutely wonderful small shop with nice people. We were helped by Andrea and he was very upfront with what was in stock and how their supply was at the time. He still did not rush us at all and we chatted for quite a while about various topics including watches and life. He let us try on all kinds of watches then suddenly he offered us my dream watch that he made some calls and made it happen. Even if I did not purchase anything, it was a fantastic experience but the fact I left with a dream watch on my vacation is something I will never forget. They were patient during the purchase process as well and said we love providing watches to our clients whenever we have the chance and I truly believe that. Highly recommended!!

Hey, I just want to say Andrea Nemi was a great sales person who actually sold me a watch and not only that but he was really nice enough to bring out a champagne for me and my wife that we just got marry and we on our honeymoon that was really nice. The store and the history is definitely really nice ooo and the book that the owner created is amazing. Love this place and definitely coming back next time I’m back in Florance!!

Being a Rolex AD is not easy these days. You have hundreds of people coming in and asking for basically same models they know nothing about and are interested in only because these watches keep strong on the secondary market. As a watch enthusiast and a true watch lover I always had Rolex as one of my most favorite brands and visited a number of Rolex ADs in many European countries. Most of them said that their waiting lists are full and proposed to buy a few pieces of jewelry just to get to these lists. Such behavior was understandable as they needed to sell what they had, but still wasn’t the best customer experience at least for me. That is why when we moved to Florence I was skeptical expecting same approach in the local AD. However, when I had a chance to visit Cassetti store I was truly amazed with the quality of service and attitude to clients. Store representatives were very kind and patient answering all my questions. I want to particularly appreciate Silvio for his professionalism and high expertise in watches. We had a long and pleasant talk discussing different watch models and watch industry in general. Last but not least, I want to mention that this store is located in Ponte Vecchio, the most iconic and well known place in Florence. The bridge is usually full of tourists, but as soon as you enter the boutique, you are in a nice and cosy place with absolutely magnificent and picturesque view of historical part of the city.

I have been to other Rolex shops in Italy and this is by far the worst experience ever. When we walked into this tiny shop, we were greeted by a half hearted staff. There was no smile, no welcome. Just an immediate dismissal statement that there is nothing for sale (which we expect anyway) and that the store only serves as a Gallery. As we are keen to know more about Rolex offerings in this store (after reading good reviews on Google), with of course no hope to buy anything as we are not "illustrious long time customer", which this staff kept repeating. He said they only serve famous customers. Trying to test if the positive Google Reviews here are true, especially since it was repeated in the reviews that visitors were "able to learn news and curiosities about the history of Florence", so we asked out of curiosity if there are any interesting watches that they have ever came across just to start a conversation. He repeated that nothing is for sale again (we were really annoyed by then, as it shows that he was not listening to us but just looking to annoy us enough so that we will not share the same breathing space as him). I tried to break the ice by sharing a laugh that yes it seems that's the case everywhere in the world due to stock shortage. No prize to guess his reply. It was still "only our long time customer will get to buy." Throughout our interaction, never once he looked us in the eye. This is really the poorest level of customer service offered by an Authorised Dealer that does not befit the luxury brand of Rolex.

The best service I had in a jewelry store so far. I purchased a vintage Rolex and it was the first time I felt comfortable with the prices. It was right and fair. In addition, the saleswoman gave an exceptional service and was a great people person. I definitely recommend dealing with Cassetti for any jewelry purchase.

It's truly a joy to engage with individuals who share a genuine passion for timepieces. I consider myself fortunate to have stumbled upon this store to acquire my Explorer watch. It is the watch I have always wanted. The entire experience was exceptional, and it will undoubtedly become a cherished memory for me.
