    Our father was hospitalized for more than 1 month at VILLA CHERUBINI PROSPERIUS for INTERMEDIATE CARE. You have to have very open eyes and a sharp tongue as it was a constant complaint on our part about various shortcomings: from the oxygen not working several times and no one had noticed, to the urine always being 50 shades of brown, let us point out that our father had a nasogastric tube and the liquids had to be administered by those responsible. When asking for explanations, no one ever gave us a valid one to eradicate our suspicions, not giving liquids! When the color of your urine goes from ocher to all shades of brown or you are dehydrated or have urinary tract problems, everything was normal for them! The few times I saw him with the IV, never once did it work. The icing on the cake came on Saturday 7th September when I pointed out to a nurse that the drip was stopped and I was told that it had to go slowly.     Mia mamma è stata ricoverata presso questa struttura di supporto ad un altro ospedale,in attesa di un intervento alla testa per meningioma recidivo di 5 cm.Tutti i componenti della struttura che hanno avuto a che fare con mia mamma sono stati ,dai dottori alle infermiere ,persino chi consegnava i pasti,sgarbati ,privi di comunicazione,indifferenti…..(e vi gli ho fatto un complimento) mia mamma è caduta diverse volte in struttura,non mi hanno detto niente,e in più dopo che mia mamma chiamava per aiuto e la vicina di letto suonava il campanello di emergenza si sono presentati dopo mezz ora.Vergognatevi e pensare che giurate di accudire i vostri pazienti….Un consiglio umano ,PORTATE I VOSTRI CARI DA IN ‘ ALTRA PARTE….👎E perché sono una persona umana non faccio nomi e cognomi !!!!!
