All beautiful, I really do not know where to start ... everything well cared for, rooms, garden, pool ... not to mention the staff, always friendly and helpful. Welcoming at the highest level and, icing on the cake, they accept the vacation bonus. I hope that companies of this quality are given all the opportunities they can to resist the crisis generated by Covid, they are almost a heritage to be protected.

Great place, a bit older but nice. Waiter in restaurant was unpleasant, but every other employee was AMAZING!

It was the second time we were here and everything was excellent. The building is a traditional Tuscany residence with clean rooms. The staff is polite and help in every case and they are kind and smile always. The meals are great both in the Bruschetteria and the Restaurant in the courtyard (this one's atmosphere is great). The garden is big and nice and the pool is very good also with enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Every famous city is near to the Hotel (San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Firenze, etc.). It was a very nice stay with the family there!

We enjoyed our week stay at the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet setting surrounded by lots of greenery. The rooms are good and serviced daily. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, and it's very pleasant eating whilst overlooking the pool. You can also eat here in the afternoon or evening or choose the restaurant for a more formal setting .The hotel is only a short distance from San Gimignano and a free shuttle bus into the town(8 mins) was appreciated. For anyone coming to cycle (this hotel is a part of Bike Hotels Italy) I would highly recommend coming in the cooler months and not July as it gets hot to ride after mid morning. There is a bike room to store bikes, though it's very hard taking e bikes up and down the stairs each day due to their weight. I used Komoot to create my ride routes. We hired by bikes from a third party,as recommended by the hotel and that worked out well. The hotel staff are very friendly and most helpful. You can communicate with front reception via WhatsApp and they are very quick to respond. I would recommend this hotel for all types of travellers.

A great place for a family holiday. Our family of five enjoyed our three night stay with the highlights being the restaurant meals and the swimming pool. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding trails suggested by the hotel.

The hotel is in a beautiful location in Tuscany. It is an oasis for weary travelers and tourists. The service, food, and amenities make it a place you will remember and want share with your friends.

A very relaxing place with lovely swimming pool and huge garden. Staff are super helpful and attentive to our needs. Thanks especially giving to the front desk staff at reception! :) The steak served by the restro of the hotel was ok, not as good as the one we tried in Florence, but it was a good try too since we just wanted to relax at this countryside hotel. The horseback riding recommended by the hotel was lovely too, the lead of horse riding paid attention to our safety and he trained his horse so well although he can’t speak English, not a problem at all!

Nice hotel in a good location near San Gimignano. Large car park, very convenient to park at any time. Spacious and well equipped room. Excellent restaurant, same for fast food, or cocktails. Lots of choices for breakfast, even offers vegetable milks and cornbread. Very friendly staff, gives a lot of information to visit the surrounding towns and villages. Very satisfied with these four nights spent in such a pleasant hotel. Thank you so much.

We have spent here few days in July 2022. Positives: Love the personnel, super friendly, helpful, they can help with anything. Really nice pool with lot of space around, so no issues to find the right spot. Really good bar during the day. Negatives: Rooms look a bit dated, would deserve some renovation. Dinner in the main restaurant starts late and the selection is quite limited with fairly high pricing.

We were a family of four. Enjoyed the pool, and that they provided extra pool toys. The grounds are absolutely lovely for just strolling around. A great place to relax!

We where here 4 days while traveling thru Tuscany. First we have a room with no view at all the only view was to the internal patio where th va e nigh restaurant works so was very noisy. The food at the bar was the worst I’ve ever had all arroyo Italy we have an American salad witch age chicken and very hard to chew and a burguer with a frozen bun. The gardens are ok but not at Manteined as the should for. 240euros night. The ego of the owner is all around the place with pictures of him also posters in the wall with the word the boss. Te staff was the best thing on the hotel. Also if you plan as me to work a little almost impossible the wifi it’s impossible and ther is no 4g coverage so I have to grab the car and drive 5 minutos to get connection. Ther are plenty of better options in this price range. I forgot if you want to take a bath before a long day like 8pm no hot water

Beautiful place to stay, the food, pool, comfort, the shuttle, the staff all great. There's even a winery within walking distance, couple city blocks.

My family and I had an incredible stay at Casolare. The staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced from a hotel. The stunningly beautiful Beatrice was the highlight of our trip. She is gorgeous, kind, intelligent, and was always happy to help us out and give us great information. Karin at the front desk was fantastic as well. Annalisa and Giancarlo in the kitchen were the sweetest people and I really enjoyed talking to them every morning. There was one other girl at the front desk, I believe her name was Sabrina. She was excellent as well. A quick story, my family and I were driving in Siena and exploring the city. A fun night quickly turned sour as we got lost in a maze of restricted roads and narrow alleyways that were getting smaller and smaller. We couldn't navigate our way out and were lost for a significant amount of time. We finally escaped the maze and left the city only to find that most of the nicer restaurants we wanted to dine at for dinner were closed. We called the hotel and explained the situation. Beatrice fully accommodated us and said that they would prepare us a nice meal before the kitchen closed and have it ready when we got back. We didn't get back until 11 PM. The kitchen staff stayed late to keep the meal warm and serve us. The food was amazing. We were so taken aback by the kindness we were shown by the hotel staff. They turned a nightmare situation into a treasured memory that we'll hold on to always. Thank you so much to the amazing staff at Casolare, special mention to Beatrice, Karin, Annalisa, Giancarlo, and Sabrina. I will 1000% be booking here again :)

We were a group of 8 guests. The service was excellent. Staff there was the friendliest and the most accommodating. Everybody in our group loved it. I would definitely come back.

Such an amazing place. The recepcionist lady was the nicest woman we’ve had the pleasure to en encounter, she spoke also a lot of languages (Spanish included). The waiters are amazing and th food is delicious, with several vegan and vegetarian options. Thank you very much for the kindness!!!

Beautiful location ...literally located in the middle of hills with nothing else around. It was such a peaceful place to end our honeymoon with. We stayed at various hotels when in Italy and I must say their dinner was THE BEST!!! You must try their bruschetta...it’s nothing like the normal ones you eat...even our main course and everything about the setting of their restaurant was phenomenal. I was quite impressed with their breakfast too with a remarkable view and the swimming pool in the back. You can just sit out, relax, and enjoy our breakfast. I loved this place and wish we got to stay here longer! It was also pretty clean, the washrooms didn’t gross us out but I do wish the bedrooms were a little bigger. Nevertheless, I’d still recommended this place!

We went during pandemic, but the hotel did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and safe. Facilities were nice, and clean, and the rooms were lovely. The staff were incredibly friendly. The grounds are stunning and fantastic for children to run around. Swimming pool is lovely too. The weather wasn't perfect, but the hotel was pretty close to perfect.

Osteria wasn't great. We felt like an afterthought. Very slow service for adequate food, at best.
