Had 2 meals here, the views are stunning! The dining area is light, airy and not overcrowded with colours to distract from the real view. Staff very friendly, gave us recommendations on what to have. Our meal was good although my risotto was disappointing. Second night we went for the BBQ buffet evening, food was great, meat tender and plenty of it, all cooked in front of us. Overall good but not the 5 stars I’m afraid as it didn’t awaken my taste buds.

To be honest very disappointing. We have called to reserve table for lunch but when we arrive we have received menu with few aperitive dishes and few deserts. It is probably normal for this restaurant but I was expecting that they would inform me that they only serve extremely light (it is not possible to call it) lunch. Also, waitress was not so pleasent and in a big hurry. Very pitty since the environment looks very nice and we have drove from Florence to have a nice meal in country side... Fortunately, we have found tipical Italian restaurant in San Casciano center where we have enjoyed in perfect normal lunch!!!!

Delicious food in a comfortable setting with panoramic views of the evening sunset

We came to this restaurant cheerful and hopeful to fill our stomach with delicious meals, which we saw in the menu posted on Google Maps. Unfortunately, we had an extremely disappointing experience since the menu on Google Maps was found to be outdated, and that the restaurant contains a totally different menu. To add to that, the menu does not contain elaborative description of their dishes. The dishes themselves are overly-priced, and it truly felt like the restaurant is trying to achieve a high cuisine standard, but unfortunately for them (and for us), they failed greatly in doing so. For example, I ordered the midterranean cous cous dish, which was told to contain a fresh mint leaf. I ate a few cous cous dishes in my life (as a person coming from the middle-east), and I was astonished to receive the cous cous filled with seafood, which I immediately declined and asked to receive one without it. Having said that, the same goes for the Grilled Chicken dish, where I expected to get some version of poullet steak, or maybe even a 150-200 g chicken breast, but instead I got a small chicken thigh/leg and a small potato on the side. I was extremely dissapointed. Not only that the dishes did not correspond to their advertised version here on Google Maps, but they also were falsely advertised in the restaurant's "updated" menu, and failed to rise to the wannabe gourmet-style restaurant standard the restaurant tried to achieve. As a final note, I would like to add that the restaurant's dish prices are extremely over-priced, and that it would've been much more satisfying to feed my hunger in a nearby halal kebab place.

Spectacular food, service and setting

The service is well below expected level, especially bar staff. You will find that they are either rude or incompetent. Restaurant staff are slightly better than the bar staff. If you are staying in Villa Barronci and have no choice, there is a waiter that is in his late 30s with glasses, he is the only person in the establishment that is worth your time.

The food was amazing. I had eggplant Parmesan. It was the best I’ve ever had! I did pay an extra $10 per person for the sunset experience with a cocktail and snacks with a special area for enjoying these things but when we got into the restaurant some of the staff were not aware of that.

The food was very good, the person very ospitalità,all good for to to a splendid saturday in a beautiful place. We return to eat pizza ( in the evening) very fast.

This place is fantastic, the atmosphere and the views of nature are breathtaking. I really enjoyed it. The service was over the 🔝 the staff are very friendly and gentle. The food was great & the breakfast was everything. If you are planning to visit Toscany, I highly recommend this place.

Superb view for the sunset, definitely o e of the most romantic place I've seen so far in the area. There is also a hotel and swimming pool, plus a little garden: for sure it's also amazing to stay for a while in this place.

Stumbled upon this place. Great lemon pasta and truffle pasta. They actually cut the pasta to order. We had a great lunch. And the beef carpaccio was excellent as well.

Good atmosphere, generous meal and really good! What do expect more in tuscany.. Nothing because everything is in that place. Bravo to the staff & the owner to make us at home! I recommend it without any doubt👍
