Ebbio is such a magical place. Come here for a weekend, and you feel like you have spent a week. the owners and their staff are so warm and welcoming, the food is out of this world and the views are incomparable in the region. The land invites to beautiful strolls, and if you are lucky one of the little furry friends living on the property will follow you. You feel at home. I cannot wait to come back!

I dont know where to start with this place! It is one of the most beautiful places i have had the pleasure to stay at while traveling through Italy. The family is very hospitable and will make you feel right at home. Every room has tasteful decor and a wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire house. If you're up for a walk the castle of monteriggioni is very beautiful and a must see during your stay at Ebbio. You're guaranteed to find a nice relaxing spot somewhere on the property to hang out with peaceful surroundings.

I had the most fantastic stay in Ebbio and can’t thank Francesca and Sibilla enough for their genuine hospitality and generosity! The property is the epitome of tuscan rustic luxury, surrounded with a gorgeous nature. Just a short distance from the Templar castle of Monterrigioni. They offered me so much advice as of where to eat, what to do, what to see that my time there flew way too fast, shared between cruising around the Chianti Valley nearby, hiking in their vineyards (crossed by the Via Francigena) , swimming in natural springs, almonds picking and reading on the giant hamoc in the gardens. Not to mention the in-house tibetan massages! Pure bliss and relaxation under the Italian sun. Have already booked another 2 stays there for 2018! Merci beaucoup et à très bientôt!

Ebbio, a place of purity and rejuvenation. I spent my Easter weekend at the Ebbio farm, away from my stressful work life. Ebbio allowed me to reconnect with nature and the source, finding calm and peace. During my stay I visited the fascinating city of Sienna and also drove to Florence for dinner. Ebbio is so conveniently placed that my three day vacation felt like a whole week only based upon all I was able to do and see. I don’t speak Italian, which I feared might have been problematic but the generous, warm-hearted host Sibilla and her mother both speak three languages fluently. I had the best conversations over home cooked lunches with the finest Chianti red wine in the sunshine with them, being surrounded by peacocks, cats, chickens, geas and the family dog. I have never stayed in a building that was created before the renaissance, a simply unique experience. All throughout my stay at Ebbio has been a life enriching experience. I can’t wait to be back in fall for a week of yoga retreat!

Ebbio is a little piece of heaven. The welcoming host Sibilla and the over all hospitalities make you feel like part of their Italian family. each meal is made from scratch in the kitchen with solely organic ingredients. I had a mind blowing healing massage from Tatheena who Ebbio works with. Her world acclaimed healing methods were a treatment I have never experienced before, simply incredible. Monteriggioni is a 25 minute hike through the ancient, peaceful woods away, for which we took the dog of the house Aisha. We had the most delicious aperitivo at one of the three local restaurant to conclude the hike. I haven’t slept as well as I have rested here in years. I went to Ebbio, for the first time this summer and had a excellent time connecting with nature. During my time there I ate farm to table, dived in refreshing springs, and thermals. Ebbio is a special destination with a rich history of sustainability.

Ebbio is our Tuscan haven and was simply perfect for our keur retreat. Amidst rolling hills, the farmhouse offered serenity, unmatched beauty, and divine cuisine. Micol and Sibilla do such a wonderful job and the warmth of the staff felt like family. It was a soulful journey we'll cherish and relive. We are so grateful and we will definitely return!
