Almost everything is only one size, and the size is very small (see my hand for comparison). Also the staff was at best cold, and at worst quite rude. If you can find something that can fit you, the clothes are actually quite cute, but not cheap.

I love this brand but I find it so awful that the staff is super mean and rude. It seems they can't be bother on selling or helping you out. Specially the girl with the long brown hair. She had an awful attitude and even rolled her eyes every time I would ask her something. The whole point of going shopping is the experience and clearly all other shops the staff was nice and excited to help. The staff in Brandy Melville clearly need more training or a change of staff.

The same store with the same setup as you’d find in the states. Good quality clothes, one size fit all, made for skinny and tall young women.

I have never been into a BM store before, but I was pleasantly surprised. I am a size 14 (UK), so naturally I thought that I would be judged for going in and nothing would fit me. But it was lovely!! I found some amazing tops, and the guy at the till was really friendly.

this is a brand i do not agree with at all- the body expectations and standards with their one size fits all aren’t ok - one side does not fit all. however, this store was laid out nicely and was tidy. the staff were nice too. clothes are nice as well

Really nice clothing; best for basics and graphic tees. Many of the items are on sale 10% or 30% or 40% off, which you never see at BMs in Canada. Very wide selection, better than most other BM stores.

Store itself is very hip and trendy workers are friendly and its well organized. However it still is a one size fits all sizing system for most tops which does not work so 4 stars.

The Day I was here I was feeling very unwell because of heat and low blood sugar. I have never met such friendly personal. The Lady offered me water and gave me candy. She placed a chair next to her for me and checked up on me constantly. She was so so friendly, as was her coworker. You made my day thank you!

Poor quality and service attitude is also very poor!!!! Very perfunctory!!!!!!!!!!!!! After only wearing a day, I lost diamonds and went to be jealous and rejected me. My loyal fans originally bought a lot of things in their shop.Never going to go again！！！！！！！！
