We stayed for one night with my family at this hotel in February 2022. You have to use a restricted traffic area to reach the hotel. When we discussed this with the hotel, they said that they had reported our car's license plate to the police department and that there would be no problem, as they always do this. Three months after our stay, we received two traffic fines related to both our check-in and check-out dates. Despite numerous attempts to contact both the Florence police department and hotel officials via phone and email, I have not received a response.
