The staffs are very welcome and customer oriented. They were very helpful and their advice help us to make the perfect selection.

This is a fabulous store! The location near the Duomo in Florence is prime but more importantly, the enormous numbers of amazing products from jewelry to household goods and furniture options are amazing! Even more amazing is that it is a store for everyone from bargain hunters to sophisticates looking for the latest elegant and haute culture items for the home. The staff was also very impressive and not only helped me to find the jewelry piece that I was looking for, but to find I better one that I did not know that existed! They were very friendly and would let you roam or help you as needed so that I never felt pressured. Overall, it was a wonderful and fruitful experience!

I was interested in some Pandoras’ products. Unfortunately, the vendor who approached me had a terrible attitude and totally killed my hype to buy anything at all. Just one star because customer care is the most important thing to me.

I had my internship in one of the meeting rooms in the shop every week. The staff was so kind and helpful if I ever needed help getting around the shop. There home decor is so beautiful I wanted it all!
