    What a terribly disappointing experience! Wanted to buy my wife something for our anniversary, the man opened the door, asked us if we have an appointment. I told him, we do not and he proceeded to close the door in our faces. He did not ask if we want an appointment, he did not tell us when we could come back. He did not ask for a number so we could get a call when an appointment was available. This is ridiculously rude behaviour and an embarrassment for the brand. I’ve never been treated like this at any other store in any other country. Honestly Cartier Italy 🇮🇹 do better!

    Terrible attitude! This store has lost its northern star. I was in town and had to change batteries for a Cartier Watch and wanted to look for a new piece. The door was locked, a clerk came to open it and did not even let me into the store, the youngster was so self entitled and arrogant that kept pushing his attitude forward repeating I had to call to book an appointment. I was kept on the edge of the door. I told him I was passing though, he didn’t care. He interrupted me three times, telling me if I wanted to see anyone at all I had to wait on the street (and heat) and then maybe… but the store was literally empty. Then he slammed the door into my face. Never again. These people need ti revisit their values and attitude. So rude I felt I was invited to leave in a hurry. So long, Cartier.

    Dreadful customer service would not allow us entry even though store was empty. Wanted to purchase £10k watch would now not purchase with the terrible attitude of staff

    Olena at Cartier Florence was a fantastic sales associate who provided exceptional service. She had an impressive knowledge of the products, helped us find exactly what we wanted, and made our shopping experience enjoyable.     Very poor customer service. I wanted to treat myself to the LOVE bracelet for the tough year i have had and decided to do this in Florence whilst visiting. I got to the door, got asked whether i had an appointment - i said no and then told me they were busy and closed the door. The store was completely empty with one associate on her phone texting/on the net. I've never experienced such rude customer service - yes i'm casually dressed but thats because i dont want to draw attention to myself (i was warned there were pickpockets). Anyway will be taking my money elsewhere on this trip.

    The worst experience I’ve ever had with a luxury brand. My partner and I walked in to a completely empty store and the entire staff (6+ people) completely ignored me. I can only assume that they thought I would not buy anything as I am particularly young looking and was in comfortable, casual clothing. I had to wait awkwardly in the middle of the store and finally caught a woman’s eye and got her to help me see what I came in to buy. When I told her which style of bracelet I wanted to buy she rudely told me that not only they did not have it in stock but it was so small of a design that it was only good to buy for a baby for their baptism… a $1k+ plus bracelet. She then instead pulled out an alternative similar design with diamonds more than double the price of the one I was interested in and continued to behave and tell me that it would be ridiculous to buy the cheaper, simpler bracelet. Never have I experienced such elitism and pure judgment. Everything about the interaction screamed, your money is not valued here unless you can buy more expensive items instead of the entry level products. Don’t waste your time on this staff, go to Torrini Jewelry nearby instead. It was an incredible experience and I ended up happily spending more than I was even planning on spending at Cartier because of the excellent service.

    What is with the having to stand outside and not bring let in despite having a watch repair to collect . The customer service agent gave me her details and yet when we emailed and text to find out what was happening … no response at all !! I had to make an extra trip to the shop to find out what was happening. When I finally collected the watch the service agent was really very unfriendly ..the security guard reluctant to let us in For such an iconic brand it’s such a shame I have to say my experience was not good !!!

    I got my first Cartier bracelet in Florence, and I couldn’t be any happier. Carmina was very sweet and informative, and made it a wonderful experience for my boyfriend and I. We even ended up coming back to exchange it to a bigger size (totally my fault, because she did advise on trying on one size up, but I didn’t listen, and she was most definitely right). Carmina and her manager was very understanding and patient about the whole situation, which I really appreciated. Excellent service, highly recommend coming here! Don’t forget to make an appointment ahead of time :)

    Waiting…. Waiting….Waiting outside, only to hear that the ring that I bought at Cartier in New York the week before “ is not a ring they have in the Florence assortment as it’s “ not asked for “ very nice to hear! Especially when you want to buy the same ring but then in another size for someone else, feels like I make poor choices when it comes to picking rings at Cartier. Also, would be amazing to have some service or at least some feedback about how long it will take before you are “ allowed “ to get into the store. I would defiantly recommend ordering on line.

    I had an amazing experience with Silvia. She was very helpful and welcoming, as was the whole Cartier team. Silvia helped me to find exactly what I needed from Love collection.I would like to thank everyone at Cartier Florence and Silvia especially! Can’t wait to come back!❤️ One more note, I did not have an appointment, and they greeted me politely and I made my purchase, so please IGNORE the negative comments about rudeness, because that’s not true. They are very polite, respectful and professional.

    Worst experience ever! First time buying a cartier product. First and last time ever buying anything from cartier. Cartier emailed to ask for client experience survey/opinion and said will do a follow up. Received none and that goes to show that this brand doesn’t have any interest in doing an after sale service. Was served by the deputy boutique manager and upon confirmation that I am buying the Santos de Cartier watch, I was passed to a junior colleague. No fault of hers. Her attitude was amazing but she was probably new and was having difficulty adjusting my watch strap to the point I was worried she would damage it. Not only that I was not informed that engraving was complimentary neither was i told what I was entitled. Everything was rushed just because they want to close up the store. My wife told her we will want the hot stamping experience and instead of bringing us to do the hot stamping the sales associate brought it behind the store and do it. Back in Singapore, hot stamping is the whole package for client cartier experience. If I had known that this is the experience I am going to get I will definitely not patronize cartier Firenze at all.

    The female sales we encountered was so cold and snobby we left almost immediately. Asked to try on rings and she seemed reluctant to bring us the right sizes. Worst Cartier experience I’ve had so far! I’m writing this review as soon as I stepped out of their doors.

    Very rude employee yelled that the store was closed will not give my business to a store that treats me badly, I ended up buying a beautiful Cartier at the Cassetti Cartier at the Ponte Vecchio I recommend you go there instead. The owner and the employees there are wonderful.

    Took an old watch there to get serviced earlier this month. The lady who assisted me Laura was very professional, and also with the follow-up on email responsive. And in the end, Cartier did the repair for free. So great experience in this case. Grazie Laura!

    Very disappointed with this Cartier store. Several staff on the phone and had no interest in serving us, long time Cartier customers. So Tiffany gladly took care d us instead. Shame on you Cartier.
