recommend
this
specific
Bulgari
Boutique
in
Firenze.
This
will
be
a
long
review
because
I
wanted
to
make
sure
and
document
the
entire
experience
so
you
readers
can
appreciate
how
exemplary
the
staff
are.
It
was
the
day
of
our
wedding
anniversary,
and
to
celebrate
,
my
wife
and
I
both
decided
to
get
something
from
Bulgari,
particularly
while
in
Italy,
to
celebrate.
Right
away
we
were
greeted
by
the
excellent
staff
and
made
to
feel
very
welcome.
I
had
already
made
up
my
mind
that
I
was
getting
myself
an
Octo
Finissimo
that
I
have
been
wanting
for
a
few
years,
but
was
undecided
between
two
models.
This
was
when
I
met
Mr.
Damiano.
We
sat
down
and
Damiano
listened
to
me
talk
about
the
two
models
I
wanted
(the
GMT
CHRONO
and
the
classic
Blue
steel
model).
Damiano
was
very
knowledgeable
about
the
models
and
the
history
and
design
of
the
Octo.
I
think
he
could
tell
that
I
have
been
researching
as
I
begin
to
recite
all
sort
of
specs
and
facts
about
the
Octo
that
I
can
remember,
he
would
endearingly
say
“Bravo”
each
time😁.
But
even
after
all
I’ve
read
,
Damiano
still
shared
some
really
enlightening
facts
about
the
Octo
that
I
did
not
know!
Things
like
the
bracelet
taking
its
design
from
the
Spanish
steps,
to
subtle
things
about
the
edges
and
the
minute
complication,
all
along
while
interweaving
so
much
detail
about
Bulgari
that
Damiano
drew
from
his
over
15
year
history
working
for
Bulgari.
He
was
never
pushy
or
rushed
me
at
all,
it
felt
like
he
was
an
old
friend
and
we
were
just
hanging
out
talking
about
watches
and
Italy,
we
were
even
offered
coffee
and
drinks
while
shopping.
I
made
my
choice
and
got
the
classic
Blue
Steel
and
could
not
be
happier
with
my
purchase.
My
wife
purchased
diamond
earrings
that
Damiano
was
also
very
knowledgeable
about.
We
will
walk
away
with
so
many
stories
about
the
pieces
we
purchased.
Now
comes
an
interesting
part,
during
our
anniversary
dinner
,
I
noticed
that
my
watch
had
stopped
which
I
thought
was
odd.
Damiano
had
given
me
his
business
card
before
we
left
so
I
messaged
him
right
away.
We
were
leaving
for
Cinque
Terre
in
the
afternoon,
so
we
made
arrangements
to
meet
at
the
shop
first
thing
in
the
morning.
That
morning
I
was
again
welcomed
into
the
shop
by
what
felt
like
the
entire
staff,
who
appeared
to
have
been
eagerly
expecting
me
and
all
very
concerned
about
my
watch.
Make
a
long
story
short,
because
Damiano
and
I
were
so
immersed
in
our
many
conversation
topics,
we
both
glossed
over
a
simple
detail
that
I
had
to
wind
my
watch
50
times
to
get
its
first
full
charge
😅.
I
was
embarrassed
but
I
think
we
all
collectively
breathed
a
sigh
of
relief
that
it
was
not
something
serious.
Anyway
if
it
were
more
serious,
Damiano
and
staff
already
had
a
plan
B,
which
was
to
order
a
new
model
ASAP
and
have
it
shipped
to
the
boutique
in
Milan
where
I
will
be
the
following
week.
I
am
overwhelmed
and
soooo
incredibly
in
awe
at
this
level
of
service.
Damiano
asked
that
I
keep
in
touch
and
let
him
know
right
away
if
anything
else
happens
during
the
next
week.
I
come
away
with
such
peace
of
mind
and
an
incredible
top
notch
customer
experience.
We
will
definitely
be
repeat
customers
of
this
location
,
where
I
feel
like
it’s
the
only
place
I
ever
want
to
purchase
Bulgari
products😁.
I
look

coming
back
on
our
next
visit
to
Florence
and
to
see
