I've been a couple of times for a few visits. The villa is in dilapidated condition although it is less noticeable from the inside. The check-in service for accessing visits is very disorganised. Often there is only one counter open despite the presence of at least 5 or 6 staff.

Hospital pavilion now abandoned for years. The main problem is that the entire area is accessible to everyone, you can even enter the structure; decay and dirt have taken over. If unused I would advise the administration to clean up the area and make it inaccessible. Attached are some photos to help you understand the situation but believe me it's even worse!!

Crazy stuff, I had a reservation for the headache center, I arrived there in Via Pieraccini 18 and found the entire structure completely disused. I entered, it was like being in a horror film, no written information! Even with the door open! I asked for information at a counter inside the cube and was told to go after the Mayer building 28 who arrived there thinking he would find the headache center! Rheumatology! I called the cup again and even they didn't know that Villa Monna Tessa had been closed! In the end I managed to find him, he was in the medical clinics in careggi building 13! I arrived 1 hour late! SHAME! Poor Italy.....

Outrageous service...appointment rescheduled by phone. I didn't show up for the appointment and after 2 hours of waiting still no visit!!! But what should one do if he needs treatment???? At the reception there are 5 people discussing and only one keeps a long waiting line flowing. They should find another job. This also applies to recent visits made. Treated with indifference...had to go elsewhere to have the disease diagnosed. Pure incompetence!!!

I've been trying to make the appointment for 4 months by phone and there's no way! A shame!!!!! For those who live far away and cannot come in person it is practically inaccessible and shameful that there is no online booking method!

impossible to make an appointment by phone. the phone is always busy. I live 50 km away otherwise I would have gone personally. meh!!
