É stata sicuramente un'esperienza positiva e formativa che consiglio vivamente a tutte le coppie!

Purtroppo la nostra è stata un’esperienza assolutamente da dimenticare. Ci siamo affidati per il parto a domicilio a un servizio privato con la speranza di ricevere un’assistenza, un supporto, una vicinanza e un’accoglienza maggiori e personalizzati che, a nostro avviso, non si sono minimamente verificati. Ci siamo sentiti abbandonati a noi stessi in preda alla disperazione e allo sconforto. Dalla nostra chiamata al momento del travaglio, una delle due ostetriche reperibili non si è neppure presentata, giustificando la sua impossibilità a presidiare a causa dello smarrimento del telefono! Senza neanche ricevere delle scuse a riguardo almeno sul piano umano… Dopo aver attraversato l’inferno da soli in casa, finalmente siamo approdati in ospedale, dove abbiamo trovato un’umanità, un sostegno, una gentilezza ed empatia unici, impeccabili e inaspettati. Per non parlare della professionalità e disponibilità di tutto il personale medico-sanitario, di cui saremo grati a vita. Siamo sorpresi nel constatare solo recensioni positive. Rimane l’amarezza e la delusione per la presa in giro e la mancanza di umanità che abbiamo percepito e, dopo questa nefanda esperienza, non ci affideremo più a professionisti senza cuore e anima.

Ho frequentato il corso di preparazione al parto tenuto da Chiara e mi sono avvalsa della sua collaborazione anche nel puerperio. Nel corso di preparazione Chiara ci ha spiegato un sacco di cose che non sapevo sia sul parto e sul’immediato post partum che sulla gestione del neonato nei primi giorni a casa. Abbiamo anche simulato posizioni per il parto e tecniche di respirazione che per me si sono poi rivelate molto utili. Consiglio vivamente il corso perché mi ha trasmesso molta tranquillità pur essendo io terrorizzata dal parto! Nel puerperio Chiara è venuta a casa una volta a settimana per cinque settimane ed è stata veramente preziosa soprattutto per quanto riguarda la gestione dell’allattamento, visto che ho incontrato delle difficoltà. La disponibilità di Chiara è stata assoluta, addirittura ho potuto contattarla nei giorni festivi durante le vacanze di Natale!! Insomma consiglio a tutte le quasi mamme di avvalersi della collaborazione di Chiara per la professionalità e la disponibilità dimostrate!

Luckily and I would like to underline that I consider myself LUCKY to have had the opportunity to switch the course to home visits by Chiara. His physical and telephone presence was invaluable, because as far as I'm concerned, postpartum and breastfeeding are the most delicate and difficult periods to deal with. Having the support and help of a person like Chiara is important in the early stages because there are many things we don't know and just as many questions we have to ask and she is available to help you and answer everything, always transmitting serenity.
