Perfect small gym for every movement lover. I was searching different gyms and this one is absolutely perfect. With very friendly owner Lorenso and all the staff you will be extremly sutisfied. Even though I have to ride a bike for 15minutes it is worth visiting. Have been here 4 years ago and I do visit it again. 👨🏽‍🦳

This is a fantastic Crossfit gym. I arrived in Florence recently from the UK, looking at exploring options beyond my preferred classes there (Barry's etc). Not speaking much Italian, the instructors spoke good English and could conduct the classes bilingually. The environment at the gym is welcoming and the classes challenging in a good way. I have left each time feeling very well-worked out and fresh for the day! They put on lots of Crossfit classes, plus yoga classes during the week, meaning this is a great way of keeping up all-round fitness and wellbeing. Highly recommended!

Great spot to drop-in while in Florence. Good workout, good coaching, and good equipment. Really easy to get there from the main train station in Florence—I took the tram and it took me about 15 mins to get there from our hotel near S.M.N.

I got one trial class. Nice and qualified teacher. There is NO locker for the clothes in the changing room. There is the space to do stretching at the end of class.
