A studio with great facilities to practice all types of Yoga. The teachers are fantastic and if you feel like a different experience in Florence and something more local this is a great location. A really good timetable that offers lots of different classes from Power Yoga to a nice gentle Yin class.

During my visit to Florence I took part in a yoga class there. Very friendly yoga teacher who also paid attention to alignment during the class. The lesson was mainly in Italian. Some things have been translated and if you have yoga experience you can follow them.
