Orders my daughter flowers for her birthday and I’m in the US. Was hesitant because I don’t speak Italian, BUT they flowers and they were GORGEOUS!!!! Absolutely beautiful! I will order again from there while my daughter is in Florence.

Amazing service. I ordered a Valentine's day bouquet for my girlfriend (she's in Florence, I'm in the U.S.) and with her busy schedule it was difficult to coordinate delivery. The initial delivery was unfortunately lost but after emailing and calling to explain the situation, Jardin Divers provided a brand new bouquet at no charge. Very thankful they worked with me to make sure flowers got to my girlfriend. Thank you!

I ordered these flowers online on the last day of my holiday in Italy . I wasn’t sure of the process because the web site was in Italian. However a beautiful flower arrangement was delivered to my friend in Florence, they are fabulous. My friend is far from home this Christmas and these flowers made her smile . Thank you to all involved in making sure they were delivered.

Absolutely amazing service. I had a very last minute request for two floor compositions with red and light pink flowers that they were able to accommodate within my price range. The product was beautiful, but it was the service that was spectacular. I so very appreciate their help and will be raving about them forever! With less than an hour's notice Cendrine created a beautiful floral arrangement for an important event and delivered it in time to be appreciated by the recipients!! Beautiful work! Very current on trends and I received great value for product and service. I had difficulty at first to reach them via their website so I tried them in their instagram page and they replied immediately. They went out of their way to arrange for the delivery that was out of the usual delivery zone. Most importantly, they were able to communicate with me in English as my Italian is not that good. Fabulous florist in Florence! Our daughter is abroad and we wanted to send her flowers for Valentine’s Day. We fortunately found Jardin Divers Florist online and were immediately impressed with the beautiful arrangements. Their online site was easy to use when placing our order from the U.S. and the communication was excellent. They kept us informed the entire time; from ordering to delivery. When the mail room was closed at my daughter’s school, they contacted us immediately to accommodate another address where the flowers could be delivered. Great service and beautiful bouquet. Thanks to their "VIP delivery" option, we were able to meet the driver at the door of our B&B between vacation activities. A one hour time window is quite a privilege, given traffic conditions in Florence! Prompt communication over WhatsApp to coordinate.
