It is good if you’re in a hurry or you don’t care about quality much. The location is close to the tram and the train station so it is an advantage. The room was clean but very basic. No wardrobe and a tiny mirror and old furniture. I stayed just one night. The host doesn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate. I’d come here if I have to but it won’t be my first choice.

Pretty bad to be honest.. The staff is super nice, but it's not very comfortable. (a normal apartment with bunk beds inside) No air-conditioning, wifi doesn't reach the room, My suggestion.. Pay just a few euros more and go to another place.

BED BUGS. Do not go here. Took a nap and woke up with bites all over both arms. Manager wouldn't even give me a full refund. Seriously save yourself the trouble- it's not worth it. I tried to post this on Hostelworld too and they refused to let me leave a review because I didn't stay the night which is so shady.

Never again! The only positive thing is the location, near the station. Otherwise a room that was like a storage cupboard (it was big, but with only the bed (bunk bed for 2 and I was on my own, a table, 2 stools, a sort of display cabinet (empty, God knows what it was), a wastepaper basket and a sort of bedside table (far from the bed). The building is neglected (dirty entrance, graffiti in lift). Somebody tried to get into my room at 5 in th morning so I was terrified to go to sleep afterwards, somebody finished the ornage juice I had left in the fridge (and didn't even bother to throw away the carton), for two days there was no hot water, I couldn't leave my case the day I left until the afternoon because I waited until 10 a.m. and nonbody came to the reception. And it was expensive for what it was. Really shabby place, OK i suppose if you are on a really tight budget. Oh, and before arriving I got emails from the place in what was supposed to be English but was so badly written even Google TRanslate seems perfect!

Hostel Very noisy place Right by the train station. Windows of the room would shake every time train went past. difficult to fined, has very small sign can barely see it specially in the dark. Beds was comfortable only stayed one night, to catch another train the next morning. Very clean and friendly staff.

Go to Yellowsquare hostel nearby, it has MUCH BETTER customer experience, touristy vibe and a welcoming atmosphere at any point in the day! The tone of the owner in their response below itself clearly shows what kind of mindset and customer service one can expect at their place.

Awesome place, owner very attentive and people I sheared rooms with, same thing. I recommend it.

Nice location, friendly staff and clean bathroom. The only con: it was loud at night, probably because of some train station nearby. But ok for one-day stay.

one of the pathetic hostel i have ever visited.. please do not stay here, the bathroom is so uncleaned, even the beds and rooms are so dirty, staff /owner is so egostic person who even didnt allow us to keep our bags for some time before checking , this made my florence trip really bad. i hate this hostel.

Beg bugs, no way to lock the door from inside, loud tenants, dirty mattresses. The so-called "provided" shower-slippers are communal flip-flops. I am 110% convinced that the 5-star reviews were all made by the people that run the place. 10/10 for the price... but are the savings really worth it...?

It was very bad . Hostel is literally not clean we found chewing gum in our bed . Also shared bathroom and it was very dirty. Location is good enough but it doesnt worth to stay there . Receptionist is a nice guy but he should clean the hostel . Even in corona situation he was too regardless .

The hostel is adequate for its price. but it is necessary to emphasize the excellent attention of the receptionist. He is very very friendly, full of energy and eager to help and make your stay much better.
