Had a really good time in this place. We got a great room with a beautiful bathroom. The location is perfect as you'll be anywhere you need to be in no time. Breakfast was lovely and the staff is friendly too. If you're looking to stay in Florence without paying too much, but still need a real comfortable stay, this is it!

One of the worst experiences I have had as a frequent traveler. The room did not have air conditioning and the toilet flush did not work. The property owner refused to look into this until the next day although it was only 4pm when we checked in. This is harassment for people who travel from far and have to deal with this. A warning, this place might be fine if everything in your room works well but if you need repairs, this property will not help you. Overall I was harassed at this place and would not recommend.

To start of with the negatives: It is not a guest house. It is a hallway with rooms. It doesn't have its separate building, like guesthouses or hotels have. There is not a reception staffed whole day. Just to make it clear. Now the positives. Location is good, 10 mins to the station, 10 mins to the Duomo. (While it is near the railway station, this seemed like a safe area.) Bathroom was really nice, room was ok. A negative again: because of reconstruction and scaffolding outside, it was not possible to open the window. Back to positives: Breakfast was delicious, prepared by the wonderful host Nina and served to the room.

Very nice place, clean and offers all the suppliers a tourist needs- cosy bed, towels, books, tea and coffee available 24h, tasty breakfast. Feels like home. The host is super nice. Definitely recommend Cicerone Guest House when visiting Florence, either for a night or longer stay.

Cheap affordable guest house at a good location. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is really small. WiFi was slow the first two days of our stay. I had read reviews about rooms facing the street getting a lot of noise but didn't really face any issues.

Location is great 6 min from the central station. I had a pleasant stay here with my friend Nina is a wonderful warm hearted person which makes it more pleasant and enjoyable stay. I definately recommend this place! You will love it!😁

Amazing guest house! If you are planning to visit Florence I will definetly recommend you to stay at cicerone guest house. I spent 2 nights there and it was very comfortable. Great location in downtown Florence, the rooms are clean and the bed confortante. Also i had very nice breakfast with good selection between sweet and salty stuff. I will definetly come back there

Very nice apartment in the middle of Florence. The room was neat, well furnished and the bed was comfortable. Complete the good experience the kindness of the host.

Good location at first floor , it's simple but very well , the room are normal in Florence style and the service is "home made" . A full breakfast at morning and go , around for the magic and lovely Florence street .

I got my booking 4 months before my trip and the day before to get my trip the Hotel cancelled my reservation by overbooking.

I enjoyed my stay here, it was reasonably priced, clean and close to attractions and station. owner was lovely!
