Prepare to be shouted at! The staff don't speak English and are easily confused and disorganised so it's a bad combo. There's black mould in the rooms and everything seems dirty and in need of replacement

We were not told that the main office was down the street so when we arrived, I rang the bell and no one answered. I tried calling the number but there was no answer. Finally after waiting in front of the door for about 1/2 hour, a woman was walking in and I asked her and she directed me down the street. The location of the hotel was very good since it was very close to the train station and easily accessible to buses. The street that it's on is mostly a pedestrian walkway with very few cars coming through. The daily maintenance of making the bed was good but replenishment of bathroom supplies did not happen. The double bed we had was very lumpy and uncomfortable. There is no elevator so what they consider the first or ground floor is actually about 20 steps up to what US citizens would call the 2nd floor.

Staff can't speak english at all but that's a common thing in italy. Reservation online didn't worked well and made things even more complicated. The bedroom was okay and clean, the bathroom was utterly disgusting. It seemd like it wasn't cleaned for weeks so I was too afraid to take a shower at this place. Besides the staff screamed all night, watched TV on a incredible high volume and started their first argument in the early morning. It was impossible to rest here and I felt more like a hustle than a guest.

It was absolutely dreadful to find the location. The first thing drove me crazy was when we were looking for an accommodation we definitely checked the parking lot however it was a public parking lot nearby there. No parking was understandable and I realised it is really crazy to drive in Florence. However the real disaster was the check in point. We arrived at right and exact location of the accommodation however they required us to come to 21. The street number wasn’t logical at all so We spent lots of time on the street to just look for number 21 and the sun was killing me. I called the number I had on the paper however the staff said I should come to 21 not 24. I asked hime how I can get to 21 but he just kept telling me I should come and didn’t tell me how.. It was dreadful to talk with someone who couldn’t actually communicate...!! Finding the location was incredibly funny and don’t bring a car in any reason these are my advices from this experience.. I also added the picture might help you in the future about finding the F-21. If you find the 24 keep going and see across the street, there will be katti house for checking in. I wish the staff could speak in English better in the future so that they can help more ...the price is absolutely not cheap to stay over one night here but if I could travel time before I booked, I would like to choose somewhere else to find easier to check in at least.

Don’t bother staying here. Apart from the nice elderly couple who presumably own the place (they spoke no English) the place was an absolute DIVE. Full of mosquitoes, AC didn’t work, bathroom smelt like mould, the window was broken therefore leaving the room insecure. We stayed about 25minutes before we packed our bags and walked out. Find somewhere else.

Don't stay here! Very unprofessional in handling check in. Lots of mosquitos, dead and alive, on the walls. Worst of all, BED BUGS found an hour into our sleep... We ended up being homeless for the night.

"Just a dive" Even though it is cheap, it is to be avoided. Host argue amongst themselves. Dirty glasses plate Disgusting bathroom Dodgy lighting Confusing entry via backpackers 3 doors down.

The actual apartment itself isn't modern or up to the usual standard. However it is very clean and in an excellent location for touring Florence. Stayed here for 1 night and didn't spend much time in the room as there's so much to see, so it was perfect.
