Wat een unieke beleving! Nog nooit zo'n mooie aangeklede kamer gezien en ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Kamer is erg ruim en met airco. Voorzien van mini bar. Ook liggen er badjassen en slippers voor je klaar. De badkamer is ruim en zijn er verzorgingsproducten aanwezig en kan je gebruikmaken van grote zachte handdoeken en is er een föhn aanwezig. Naast de kamer kan je ook gebruikmaken van een gezamenlijke ruimte met banken en stoelen en kan je daar koffie of thee nemen. De ligging is perfect. Je stapt de deur uit en op korte loopafstand ben je bij de bekendste bezienswaardigheden van Florence. Ontvangst was netjes nadat we via app hadden laten weten dat we waren gearriveerd. Er is namelijk geen receptie maar hoort het bij de Moyo bar die zich onder het Benchi House bevind. Ook is er door het Benchi House parkeergelegenheid geregeld bij een parking op nog geen 2 minuten lopen van het Benchi House vandaan. Het kost misschien wel wat meer maar je hoeft niet ver te sjouwen met je spullen. Je meldt je aan, ze registreren je auto, je pakt je spullen en zij zorgen dat je auto veilig geparkeerd word. Voor vertrek bel je een uur van te voren en je auto staat weer netjes klaar. Wij waren er doordeweeks en ook dan is de Moyo bar tot laat geopend maar wij kunnen niet zeggen dat de geluidsoverlast zoals bij sommige beschreven is heel erg hinderlijk is. Je hoort het licht op de achtergrond maar voor ons zeker geen minpunt. Je moet wel onthouden dat je je hartje centrum bevind waarbij het uitgaansleven een onderdeel is.

Stunning interior but that is about it! On top of a nightclub bar that is ran by the hotel owner. Music goes on most nights till the early hours and when enquiring about the noise they denied it had anything to do with them. Breakfast is far from luxury and very limited. Avoid at all costs!

Wow, after staying at many places across Italy, Benci House was a sigh of relief. Beautiful room, great welcome, epic location at the doorstep to the city. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic location for a boutique hotel. Reception staff was very lovely and helpful with city recommendations. The hotel itself was immaculately cleaned, with great design, fully stocked minibar in room, good working air condition and smells great when you immediately walk in. I felt right at home. What I loved the most was that there are only 4 rooms and it's really quiet inside even though it's on a busy street in the city with lots of restaurants and bars on street level. You can't hear any noise. Will definitely be back to stay when I'm next in Firenze! Thank you for an exceptional stay.

Petit salon avec café et autres services offerts en arrivant. La chambre et la salle de bain sont vraiment gigantesques. J'estime la hauteur du plafond à 4 mètres. Amusant de voir des portes hautes de 3 mètres ! 😅 Le prix vaut clairement le service rendu ! Vous pouvez y venir les yeux fermés !

Lovely hotel, perfect location close to everything and the rooms are amazing! Very spacious and has everything you need. Bed is comfortable (although we had two single beds pushed together to make a double). Staff are really friendly and breakfast is nice and easy with a few old options, you eat in the bar / restaurant downstairs. Really pleased we stayed here and would definitely visit again!

Benci House is a really great place to stay. Thanks to Sophia and the team we had a wonderful 3 days in Firenze with our 6 months old son. The hotel is quiet, yet perfectly located to enjoy Firenze. The rooms are remarkably well designed and we did not miss a thing during our stay at Benci House. Also the breakfast in the connected MoYo Bar is very nice, just as the people working there. We will definitely choose Benci House again whenever we come to Firenze.
