The hosts were very kind. The hostel is very well located. The check-in at 00a.m was a real plus. Towels and soaps are available... Our double room was large and pleasant. Possibility to cook also.

Warm and charming staff, felt both safe and welcome. Great clean hostel that attracts a laid back crowd. On top of that, it is quite affordable for Florentine standards. If they have room, this is where you want to book.

A very interesting accommodation: it got that "staying at someones home"-feeling, with separate rooms and shared bathrooms. The owner is a charming man, who likes to joke around and chat with the guests. While the location is great, the traffic outside is loud and can ruin your night if you are a light sleeper. Because of the thick walls, the wifi doesn't work well in some of the rooms. There is a nice common area, with a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are a bit quirky, but in a good way.

Very homey feeling hostel right in the heart of Florence. Probably my favorite hostel during my month long stay throughout parts of Europe. The hosts, Emma and Christian, were very accommodating and created a warm and welcoming environment. Couldn't recommend it more.

Very well located, but that's about it. It's very loud outside, hard to sleep. The bathrooms are not super clean, the WiFi is very spotty and rarely works, the owner is kind of a weirdo and there's no breakfast included. Considering the price per room, you would think that's a given. Wouldn't go there again.

The whole place is run by one guy, who is an interesting character, and since he has a lot to do cleanliness isn't a priority. The whole space is a bit crowded so it forces people to interact in the only common room which doubles as kitchen and dining room. Location is great and price is reasonable

Location is the best part. But... Check in guy kept cursing and talking about how everything was f***ed up. Not the best welcome. Room had no AC and street was EXTREMELY loud with drunks and road noise until 5am on a Tuesday! Room only had one power outlet. Other than that, it's suitable I guess.

“They kick me out without any reason!” I did an online reservation for one week, i paid in advance and without any reason they told me that i had to go, i suppose that they wanted to accomodate someone else in the room where i was staying because one day before they put in another bed. They told me this at 6pm the day before i should move out, I asked for help to find another accommodation because as you should know is kind of hard find some place to stay here in Florence with a few hours in advance but they didn't help me. The worst thing was that they didn't give me back my money, they give me just a part of it without the taxes and the deposit that i paid in advance for the reservation that they didn't respect. Honestly is the worst place I have ever stayed!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN, DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE. Find another place!!!!!
