Quality products and tasty food. Affordable prices, at the moment only take away. (Unfortunately they forgot to give us the extra humus we ordered there) but I am sure it was not on purpose. Great overall

What an amazing lunch that was! I had pita falafel za'atar wrap with added eggplant and muhammara sauce, and can honestly say it was the best, freshest and most tasty falafel wrap I've ever had. Everything was fresh, a lot of salad, freshly baked pita... Totally recommend this place for vegetarians/ vegans in Florence. Very good service too!πŸ‘Œ

Santo Falafel was amazing! We were looking for something light to eat for lunch and their all-vegan menu worked great for us. We ordered two of the traditional dishes: the cauliflower and the falafel (both pictured). Both bowls were superb and came with a variety of sides and dips to eat with our main dish. It tasted very fresh and was full of color. Everyone there was so kind and helpful, and Firaz, who took our order, was especially great. We have gone back twice already because the food was so good. We recommend!

Fantastic falafel in the heart of Santo Spirito. Clean, fresh, decently priced food at this very popular local spot. One tip for them would be to fry the french fries properly. I ordered some and they were completely white-pale-blonde and still hard in the middle. French fries should be golden brown. Read more: bittermansguide.com

Food was delicious and everything was very fresh. The guy who works behind the counter is very nice and hospitable! Also the home made hot sauce was very delicious- not very spicy but it had a great flavor.

This dish was very fresh and light, and it was amazing because it tasted so good! It's sad that I can't eat more because it's the last day in Florence The owner was also very kind I'll definitely come back when I visit Florence next time Please run it until then!^^

Very long waiting time. The person on the counter chatting with another customer all the time and obviously giving out goodies to them. He apologized though. The food: quite fatty (given then that they forgot to leave oil out on our humus as we asked). If youβ€˜ve never had a real Israeli falafel/humus then it is good I guess.

It was ok. The food was nice although it missed salt and other flavours which made it ok. Staff was friendly, professional and quick. The downside of this place is the lack of dining space and it can get super crowded.

Just some small steps away from the most crowded tourist places, you can find this little Restaurant. And I have to say that these were probably one of the best falafels I have eaten. And everything here is vegan. 5 stars without any doubts.

This place really is something special. I went to Italy for 10 days but this is where I had the best food of my trip. You can see that everything is handmade and the service is as good as it gets. I also love that everything is vegan!

Ended up here at 10 PM on a Saturday as we were too full earlier to go for a real sit down dinner. We both got falafel wraps and they were amazing. The pita was very good and the falafel was excellent. A very tasty meal especially considering how cheap it was. Also lots of nice veggies inside, it tasted very fresh.

Santo falafel is amazing! I was so happy to happen upon his delightful location, and we even started using him as a provider to group lunches! Even in large quantities the quality of his food remain top notch, and the service is exceptional. Wonderful place and truly good person!

We came across this place while walking through the streets of Florence and decided to try their falafel wraps. I do strongly recommend them and many other vegan pastries which we also tried and loved. We were served by great guys especially Emad who made our experience worth visiting by guiding us through our suitable selection. Santos Falafel is a place worth visiting whether you’re vegan/ vegetarian or not.

Really good falafel, as a proud Yamani I can tell you this is the only good falafel I had in Europe. A small tip, if you take the basic 6 euro wrap (and you should take that one) add 1 euro for an additional humus and tahini in the wrap.

Great food!! Impressed as we have Falafel often and this was great, super light Laffa wrap, GREAT hummus options to add (loved the red pepper one), even enjoyed their soup, really good salad and other dishes. Great food, small spot

Had the best falafel pita from this place. Out of the hustle and bustle & authentic, tasty and delicious food.

Great place to eat when in Florence! I ran across this restaurant unexpectedly during the afternoon hours when the city seems to shut down (I was hoping to eat Italian food, but decided to give this place a shot) and was really impressed. The food was delicious, freshly made, and reasonably priced, and the staff was extremely welcoming. Highly recommend!

If you're new in town and need vegan food that's not just pizza without cheese, then this place is for you. Excellent falafel, fresh made pita bread. So many choices. The whole menu is vegan. Can't lose.

Bottom line, do not miss out on this place while you’re in Florence! I’ll start by saying I’m not even a falafel person, they’re usually dry and bland and served on a dry and bland pita. But this was the only place open close to my hostel one night and so I went to give it a try. Didn’t realize til I got there that it was 100% vegan, which I strive for but can definitely be tough in Italy! So I was excited to see such a big menu of fully vegan options. I went with the falafel wrap, and holy moly, I have never tasted Mediterranean food as good as this. It was so good I went back four more times and got the same thing every visit! (They will ask you if you want it spicy, say yes regardless of your spice tolerance! It is just spice, nothing really spicy, and it makes it taste so much better!) My first time I spoke with a man who seemed to be the owner, in particular about his house wine, and he told me that this was some of the only vegan wine in Florence (as many of the others use egg whites in their processing!) I got a mini bottle of the wine (see pic, so cute), and it was also so good that I went back and got a whole bottle the next day πŸ˜‚ Anyways, this place became my vegan safe haven in Florence and I will dearly miss enjoying falafel so much! The one sad and hilarious part is that I never got a picture of any of the wraps because every time I couldn’t think about anything else but eating them. Let that be your sign to try it too!

Had a great meal here. We ate the babaganoush, fattoush salad and mujaddara. The pita bread was so fresh and hot and puffy right out of the oven. It was delicious (especially when I placed it all in a pita - tasty all together). Great vegan resto especially if you need a break from pasta.
