Super attentive and friendly staff, great food at reasonable prices. Busy but not overwhelmingly so, despite being close to the city centre. Music is a vibe😊

I decided to try New Bridge after seeing a solid 5 star average with a few hundred reviews. I'm always skeptical that any place can be that good. By golly it was! Not only were the staff amazing hosts, but the Diavola I ordered may have been the best pizza I had on my trip to Italy - maybe even my life. New Bridge is clean, cool, tasty, and friendly. The reviews are true!

Great service, clean, and delicious. Pizza was very authentic for a decent price (€8-€13) but the place felt modeled for tourists. Menu was tourist friendly. The bathroom is only accessible by stairs, but is very clean. American music on blast 😅

What an amazing place. Two brothers own and work there. Family also works there. The attention to the details is a skill they definitely pay attention to! The pizza is over the top and is not like you will find anywhere else in Florence, we tried others.....only to be disappointed and came back here. Different kinds of pizza - not the typical Italian choices. Over our trip to Florence we ate there 5 times. Greek salad is a true Greek salad, with no lettuce like all other places in Florence. Go try them, you will not be disappointed, who knows maybe you will beat our 5 times eating there!

OK first off, this place is ADORABLE! They totally drew us in with that initially. But when we saw they also had fantastic reviews, we decided to try it out. Their pizza is absolute perfection 🤌🏻 The crust, the sauce, the cheese...just incredible. We had the owner taking care of us the first day, and he was so sweet and attentive. He clearly has a passion for what he does, and it shows! We went back the next day for mid-day light bite and drinks. Their Hugo cocktail is the perfect refreshing drink on a warm day. Highly recommend this place!

The pizzas are excellent, as are the antipasti plates. This place definitely deserves its 5 stars average rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Also, Enzo and Ciro were so welcoming and friendly, it was a great service from them!

The best pizza I have eaten in Italy. The meat piazza is very juicy and fresh, and the bread is crunchy but soft inside, and it's easy to chew. The people in the restaurant are very attentive, patient, respectful, courteous, and always smile! I felt really welcoming. Restaurant is decorated with bright green and other beautiful decorations. It feels really comfortable to enjoy your meal after a long walk in Florence. Besides pizza, cocktail, whiskey, dessert, and coffee are also on the menu.

Absolutely DELICIOUS pizza. My group of 3 shared the Sicilian’s, Pugliese, and Umbra all of them blew our expectations out of the water. The thin crust was perfect and there was a good amount of filling on top. I cannot advice you enough that you need to add this spot to your must eat list!

My wife and I were looking for pizza and found our way here. The service was quick and the server was very nice. We got a bottle of wine and 2 pizzas. The pizzas aren't cooked in a brick over, but on a conveyer over. This alone dropped me to 4 stars. The pizza was a bit soggy and lacked that brick oven flavor. Nice this is the pizza come out quick. Overall our visit was good.

Tied for best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. They say the best pizza is in the south of Italy, but this pizza single-handedly disproves this. The owner was also very attentive and friendly—he took some time to talk to us, telling us about his process and vision. At the end of the meal, he made us a tiramisu from scratch, in front of us! Don’t miss this place if you’re in Florence.

This restaurant was recommended by a local tour guide and it did not disappoint! We came two times for lunch during our four day stay in Florence. The pizza was superb and so was the service! The staff are friendly and so welcoming! And...If you want something sweet, be sure to order the tiramisu- delicious!

Amazing atmosphere and excellent pizza! This was easily one of the best pizzas we had in Italy. The staff is friendly and cool. I liked the mix between tradition and the contemporary approach. Kudos to the team.

A must try while in Florence! It was our favorite pizza after traveling around Italy for 3 weeks…and we tried LOTS of pizza. Their Pugliese gluten free pizza was a 10 out of 10. We came by here three times and each time the service was great; the staff here was so kind and created a lovely environment :)

Hands down, the pugliese was the best pizza I've ever had. Lovely atmosphere with friendly and attentive service. Good music playing too. Great selection of drinks, with plenty of cocktails and beer. Would be great for a whole family meal or just on your own. Delicious vegetarian options.

So good we came back twice and recommended it to our friends. Ok, it may look a little touristy because they have a great location and it’s really pretty. But I assure you this is well worth the stop. First off, Sprizza is a perfect name for it because they make the best Aperol Spritz we’ve ever had and their Pizza is the best we had in two weeks in Italy. To top it off, their staff is consistently so friendly and attentive. One of the owners was our server the first day and he was just such a delight and so kind. He truly cares about the ingredients, the perfect quantities (pizza and drinks) and he and his brother own it as a family business. I highly recommend if you like good food, service and ambiance.

This family-owned restaurant deserves its 5 star score! The food is amazing and very reasonably priced, and the location is convenient. The staff members were very kind and spoke English very well. Highly recommend the tiramisu!

Such good pizza, and super friendly staff. I might just come back for dinner too. Edit: I came here for dinner. Got the pugliese earlier and the calabrese for dinner

This restaurant was such a great find. After climbing to the top of the Duomo and ready for some food and drink, we happened upon New Bridge. The food was awesome…the best pizza we’ve had in Italy so far. The service was great…the atmosphere fun and personal, and the Nutella dessert and iced coffee perfect to recharge us.

We went out to eat with a reservation and were warmly welcomed straight away. We were two costumers had the Toscana pizza and it was very tasty and fresh and because of the open kitchen you can also watch how it is prepared. All in all, very good and would be happy to return any time. Amazing place for an good evening in Florence. A hint from me: reservation is needed because its pretty full most of the time. (At the picture is a different pizza, from my secon visite, because Google don't allow my original one)

Best lasagna in all of Italy, no joke!! My lady L <3 and I did the full tour of Italy prior to Florence :) Absolutely great food overall (Pizza is BOMB TOO!),and drinks hit the right spot. If you're in Florence, you have to go! The server Amin is the BEST!! He is friendly and a great person overall. I highly recommend this place to anyone in Florence Love the vibe here!

Definitely worth going!! Such a lovely place!! We had a pizza and a lasagna. The first time I’ve tried a spinach lasagna, and it was THE BEST! Not “among the best”, but just the best! The sauce is light, the meat is great, and the atmosphere is awesome! Actually, we were lucky to be seated at once, as by the time we were eating, the place was full. People from all over the world, speaking half a dozen languages, but all of us — united in the feeling that this is a place to go to!

👍👍 You'll always see queues, but they are actually quite fast, so don't stress! They helped us with recommendations.
