Major discounts! Burberry shop was wonderful, tonnes of selection at big discounts. Coffee shop had lovely food. Gucci shop was good too. Between 35% -70% off on some items. Go early to get parking and avoid queues. The Mall is built like an American Strip Mall, easy to navigate with a baby stroller. Worth it!!

If daddy had the money to send me to boarding school in Florence, this is where I would shop! There's no shame in the outlet game; after all, I would be living on a student budget. Check-out The Mall website for bus travel information from Florence to here. It's about 15 euros per person for a round trip in a comfortable travel bus.

I can stay here all day. Just buy and buy and buy! Best to be here during Spring season, its chilly but not too cold. Head to the Gucci Caffe at terrace level if you need a break, they serve really great coffee!

It’s a very nice ”outlet town”. All buildings are new and modern. You can get there by bus or car. A lot of parking spots. As any store, the outlet has limited stock, most of the items you might like are sold out. Based on our trip, the stores didn’t have anything interesting to offer, but maybe it will for others.

Great outlet centre with high end Brand’s like Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Tom Ford etc.. I got a winter coat 🧥 from Burberry with %35 discount and it is really good. Gucci store is also massive and have further discounts, have seen stuff up to 60% discount off etc. There are direct busses from Florence Santa Maria novella bus station (both ways are 13€ per person). You can find the tickets online.

Very nice outlet mall with many luxury brands offering a wide variety of collections. We bought a lot of things at a good price. The only bad thing is that it’s not stroller (or handicap) friendly if you have kids. The tax free staff weren’t nice and quite upset from the heat and the amount of people doing tax free. Otherwise everything else was good. MONCLER store is not part of the mall (for the app) but you can do tax free at the mall.

A must GO Place when You visit Tuscany. The place from far one of the best malls I walk into, super organize, great designers and the prices are very very good. Make sure you ask for Your TAX Back if you Purchase Something.

Buying bus ticket doesn’t give you priority. People without tickets just cut queue and the person checking the ticket just doesn’t care and let queue cutters up first. Better go on your own and not rely on the direct bus service

Been coming here regularly for for the last 20 years. Selection of brands keeps increasing but so are prices and it keeps getting harder to make a good deal. Restaurant is nice but more places offering food and especially something to drink would be nice as it gets very warm here summertime. Top brands here are Gucci, Prada, Alexander McQueen, Dolce&Gabbana, Zegna, Tom Ford, Montcler, Burberry and Balanciaga.

Well organized and easy to walk. Large parking Is located very near the mall. The various shops are located a little bit disperse over the area. You'd Better use a map or gmap to locate sorroundings flagship stores.

This first one is worth visiting. The international stores are worth visiting and buying from them. There are many different collections of all sizes. I recommend a store that has children's clothing of international brands, at an amazing price that is cheaper than the city of Dubai. . And there is one coffee shop crowded with visitors, and I did not find anything halal except pizza, and a long line that I could not stand for long

5 stars for people who like buying branded goods. 1 star for people who don't like. If you are here because of you followed a tour group and branded good is not your cup of tea, you can do a quick hike to Castello di Sammezzano. Takes about 25min of leisure walk from the Mall and another 25min back to the mall.

On a nice day this is a lovely place to wander around. The shops are not under cover so if it is raining you will get wet going from shop to shop. The stores are nice but you will need a fat wallet or a healthy credit card to buy anything here. We were staying nearby so it was easy to access by car. If you have plenty of time in the area it's an ok place to visit otherwise I wouldn't bother.

The Mall Firenze is always clean and easy to get to downtown Florence. It can be a little crowded during the sale(July, December) but you can get good products at a low price.

Quick summary (no reviews on shops here) Bus servixe going to Mall ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Shop selection ⭐️⭐️ Shop staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food selections ⭐️⭐️ Bus service going back ⭐️ So far getting to the bus service from the hotel Palazzo Castri, is a short walk ~8mins. Bus driver just need to see the ticket, he won’t bother to greet or answer any questions. Got here and first thing is to grab coffee and quick snack. Toscanino is the main option. Started off slow on the shopping as went here without any specific brand to shop. I think it would help to know which brands you like online then come here. Since this was a vacay shopping, it was good to walk around and feel the shopping vibe. The staff of the shops definitely helped a lot as they either greet or help you find any interests, and discounts. Selections are limited but the styles and prices are comparable to retail options. It would help if there is an online inventory as the trip is quite far. After shopping and late lunch, we decided to take the 5pm bus, this is where the vibes change as with the other reviews, people tend to panic thinking there’s not enuf space in the bus, then the driver yells to disperse the crowd at the bus door. Priorirty is online tickets, so if u plan to take the bus make sure to get tickets online. To the bus mgmt, a simple counter for the driver would help him manage the seating capacity. Overall it was okay, just read the reviews first before you go on a shopping trip here. If you’re leaving for the 5pm bus on a weekday, traffic gets bad. Expect delays.

Such bad management. Allowing people to cut queue, ticket master doesn’t let people in according to how we queue up but allows others to cut queue. Horrible experience even before getting to the mall. TAKE THEIR BUS AT YOUR OWN RISK OF BURSTING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE!

Very well organized with great variety of luxurious brands at a very lucrative price. Great collection between the old and new.If you’re into luxury shopping this is the place to go. It’s too busy though and you need to queue and wait for 15-20 mins in some of the shops like Gucci. Definitely a must visit attraction in Florence..

THE MALL FIRENZE ❤ Best luxery shopping ever 😍 So many brands you have no idea ! 🙏 Gucci, Boss, Prada, Versace, Fendi and much much more 🥳 But If you like this outlet you have to try the other outlet city Baberino outlet center ! That's so amazing as well! But with all the other brands Tommy, Calvin, Ralph, Boss, Nike, Adidas and so much more! 🥳 Easy to park, toilets, places to eat, beautiful area, nice and clean 😍

A great selection of brands in an easily accessible outdoor mall. We found the Marni outlet to be the best but that’s a matter of taste off course. Haven’t tried the restaurant but it looks nice. A quick and easy drive from Firenze. I recommend the country road that follows the banks of the Arno River and has beautiful views along the way. Takes only 15 minutes longer 😊

You can get to this mall by using the shuttle bus from Florence, single way ticket was 7 and two way ticket was 13 euros. The only reason why this place doesn't get 5 stars is because it is full of tourists and coming back to Florence there were people pushing each other to get back in the bus.

Nice layout of the mall , only Italian brands of course . It’s an outlet so you will not find the new collections . Cheaper by by 10-15% than back in my hometown . Only one restaurant and was a bit busy . A lot of the staff were helpful , few didnt bother . The tax refund office staff were extremely helpful . I would not co e back again .

The most famous Luxury Outlet in central Italy, I don't think it needs any introduction. It is located about 20 minutes from Florence, exit Incisa and can be easily reached by taking the A1 towards Rome. It has many high fashion brands and also sports brands. Particularly interesting are Gucci and Prada. Inside there are bars and restaurants. It doesn't offer huge discounts like other outlets, but you can still get some good deals. Closes at 7.00 pm.

What a shopping experience! Make sure you take the direct bus, link is on the website. The setting is glorious and the shops have great selection. They had some amazing Black Friday deals. You’re literally in the hills of Tuscany enjoying designer shops, it doesn’t get much better.

If you like branded things & want to pay the right price, this is the place for you. All original branded! For good prices (lower than city ) Professional staff! You can go there buy LECCIO THE MALL BUS ( private outlet bus ) which you can buy tickets online for both rides. There is a coffe/ Bar too! ☺️

Great place to shop many designer brands. Queues are everywhere if you go shopping on a weekend. They have a shuttle service from the Florence city to the mall which costs only 15$ for 2 people one way. Food is great! They also have a vat refund lounge where you can get your vat refund immediately after you shop. There is a long wait for this.

We spend about 3 hours at THE MALL and it was well worth the trip! We arrived around 1pm after a $13 Euro bus ride (each) and it was pretty quiet with no/short lines. Although we didn't end buying anything, there were plenty of deals (40-50%) available on last years' products. The setting is in the middle of Tuscany which is a beautiful location that we enjoyed. Don't sleep on the food either! We had ravioli and lasagna for $10 Euro each and it was actually really good!

We liked it in the end, there was some crazy busy stores like Gucci. We got what we wanted to accomplish. Was a bit confused at times as a guy shopping and trying to figure out what and how much. Bit too high end maybe for a casual review, so many people on a mission.

When I received it in dollars, there was a fee, and from which airport I was leaving, I could go to the airport and pay the refund documents. It was very helpful. Gucci was not trendy or pretty. When I went there was no Korean staff, and I had Japanese staff, so I bought something in Japanese, but it wasn't friendly. The price was decent. Prada and Miu Miu had a really good price for the event and there was a lot more to buy than Gucci. The restaurant is not really good for the price, so I recommend eating it elsewhere. Very nice and clean outlet, great mix of Italian and international brands. They also have a huge parking. I recommend to go there early to avoid the crowds

Beautiful selection of pieces and luxury brands in the beautiful area of tuscany. Main luxury brands are available such as Gucci, Prada, Versace, D&G and more. Food and toilets are also available. Didnt try the bus shuttle, we rented out a car and visited from Florence.

I felt I could spend my time better elsewhere…! A lot of common shoe sizes eg. 38-40 would be sold out, and the iconic designs from specific brands wouldn’t be available. I would only recommend it if you are open to other non popular options eg. They didn’t have the typical water resistant Burberry sandringham trench, only the non water resistant raincoat! What’s the point of having a raincoat?! Also Bottega didn’t carry Jodie bags which was what I was looking for. And carried very exotic colours and designs! Do note, the food at the cafe is only mediocre and expensive. That being said, Tods store is worth visiting..! I bought a pair of classic shoes from them. To summaries, i wouldn’t recommend those with limited time in Florence to visit the Mall, and time would be better spent in the Florence tourist highlights like Duomo or seeing David.

We took the their official bus here. The view was spectacular on the way. There’s a huge Gucci, Boss, Moncler and Prada here. The selection was limited, since it’s an outlet, but the pricing was fair. The design is quite weird as the stores are really scattered, makes the shopping experience uncomfortable. The tax refund office was efficient here as well.

NOT WORTH THE TRIP. Very beautiful outlet mall with big brands like Gucci, Balenciaga,Bottega. However, offerings are limited. Our family of 5 left without buying anything. Would recommend to shop at the official boutiques instead. IF YOU MUST GO: You can take the official shuttle from Florence for 15 euros return. Bring your own food or eat before going, the “restaurant” there is atrocious.

Honestly with our experience we didn’t find anything interesting. Except my Girlfriend like the KiKo Milan store. Gucci store was definitely nice but we didn’t find anything this time. The Prada store was kinda disappointing in terms of selection. Other brands had small stores and limited selection.

The bus scheduled to leave the mall at 4pm arrived at 4.30pm. No announcement was made or apology given. See the video of the group of people including crying baby in the queue. If you need to use the bus, be prepared to suffer the late untimely departure time. This spoilt our shopping trip to the Mall

On March 11th around 2pm, I had the worst experience with a blonde haired employee at the tax refund office. Her hair was tied up, but she was still frowning and sighing. I have traveled to dozens of towns and cities, but I think Florence will be remembered as the worst city because of that woman. I'm curious as to why you do this if you're so sullen, rude and obnoxious. I prefer to find something to do alone, without anyone else. Don't you know that many tourists were talking about how rude and obnoxious I was? If you say you don't know something, is it really that difficult to politely explain it to you? Don't be ashamed and remember that you can do it thanks to the crowds of tourists.
