One of the largest and most well stocked outlet malls in Italy. There is a cafe at level 2 which serves surprisingly affordable food. We enjoyed ourselves at the cafe and bought some very reasonable priced luxury goods. Highly recommended you must not miss this shop.

One of the largest Gucci stores with outlet prices about 40% lower than RRP for the 1-2 year old designs. Staff are nice and friendly. A long waiting line to get into the store but we got in in 30 minutes. Finding a car park is a chore due to so many stores in the mall and large number of visitors.

Worst Gucci store in terms of service, you call the salespeople and no one even give you an attention, they speak barely any other language beside Italian, although it’s a touristic destination, also I left my umbrella at the entrance and came back to find it stolen under the eyes of the security man, if there is a zero I would have rated this store a zero!!!! Not recommended for shopping at all

Great products. Useless VAT refund with Planet Payments. I wish I’d looked at the reviews of Planet Duty free. Italian VAT is 22%. Planet should keep 10% and you get 12% back. No you don’t because if you look at Trust Pilot you realise no one is getting anything back after months of waiting. Let’s hope they are not a scam. If I was Gucci I would change to Global blu. Refund in days. No hassle.

Our favorite shop at the Mall. More affordable compared to their boutiques but with an incredible offer and variety of clothes and accessories. Very busy during sale season. Be patient and queue up and you will be rewarded! Too many Gucci lovers around the world! Always take a look at the Special Offers corner!!

I wanted to love this Gucci Outlet but due to a very rude, and impatient sales associate named Vanessa, my trip here was not pleasant. I’m surprised they someone like her working for Gucci, especially on the sales floor. She’s better suited in the back of the building and she can have a bad attitude there. Very sad for such a great designer.

I used to like gucci stuff until yesterday. I bought sun glasses from gucci.com and send it back because they were too big. Company refuse to do refund, they claim that the product was not in the original condition🤷🏻‍♀️ I just returned what they give to me. It had all labels, pack. They don’t explain what exactly the sunglasses had or not had. Just they told that they don’t do refund… So it is gucci way to make more sales lol. So watch out! Such ridiculous situation didn’t happen in my whole life up today. If you buy something to try you can not send it back. It is a scam. The client service refuse to give me explanation… it look like they don’t have any. Just to make more sales by don’t take returns

Great experience. This was a 2nd visit after 11yrs. Staff Sergio was extremely friendly and helpful. We were looking for a present for a friend. Sergio recommended a nice bag within our budget. He went beyond and get us a beautiful box for the bag. He certainly make our visit a wonderful experience. He also shared with us about living in Tuscany county. We definitely come back again. The first time i have been there they try to not sell me and tell me this Is Gucci always did. Ironically today they call me buyer and dont sell me. I'm confused why this service can be continue. I think i will never ever wearing Gucci

Stopped by the Firenze Mall on my way to Pisa, went to the Gucci store, and of course everywhere around the mall. It’s nice and a lot of the famous brand names stores. Good prices

I bought a bag and a pair of sunglasses last week. The sunglasses doesn’t have the case and cloth and the bag doesn’t have the controllato card. We already left Florence when I noticed it so we just called Gucci about it and they said we need to go back to The Mall, which is impossible because we’re leaving in a few days. I know they are experts and professional so I didn’t check the paper bag but I guess I’m wrong.

Friendly and helpful staff, great prices, wide selection of products. They had a few items that had an extra discount on top of the outlet price. Great shopping experience overall.
