It's a good shop for art and design, especially if you're after work from local artists who do not have a studio open to the public. Tip: Unless you have run out of time, don't buy Clet Abraham art work here, like badges and stickers. Instead head to Clet's studio across the river and purchase the same items for a fraction of the price!

A must-see store in Florence!!! The service was excellent and the array of art, jewelry and other amazing design objects was superb!! I wish I could have brought back more!! I also love supporting the business model of an artist collective. I will definitely be back soon!!

Great shop. I love to shop a lot of local artists in one place. The owner is wonderful and takes the time to share all the stories of the artists and the pieces. I bought some locally made, very unique jewelry that I love!

This store is so amazing. It's part (street) art gallery part jewellery and home decoration store! A fantastic mix that somehow provides continuity! My husband and I have purchased a couple of art pieces and are currently looking for our next acquisition! The owner and her other sales person are lovely ladies!

This is a wonderful little shop that sells pieces of art (and some other things) from local artisans. The shop owner is lovely and very helpful. If you are in Florence and want to take something how very unique to this city, this is a great shop to find just that.

Two years ago I bought an item in the Mio Concept Store that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately my puppy crewed it up. I emailed them and asked if they could sell me a replacement. Immediately I heard back from them that they would be more than happy to ship me a replacement. I told them what I wanted, they told me how much and sent me an invoice. I paid through paypal and they shipped out my order. All in three days time. What wonderful customer service!! I love that store!!

MIO is one of the best in the heart of Florence, the city of ART!

The finest store, with amazing Street art and very nice staff. I really hope to return and stay a bit longer next time. Mio concept store is a must to visit if you are interested in street Art of today.

We were 4 different aged travelers with diverse backgrounds and likes and we all found pieces we did not want to live without. Wonderful, wonderful store filled by variety of cool and unusual things (jewelry, prints, lamps, keychains - you name it), made by local artists, for all budgets. Such a welcome change from all the run-of-the mill souvenir shops in the heavily touristed center of Florence! Highly recommend!
