Horrible staff, some man claiming to be the director completely opened my girlfriends change room whilst she was changing, yelling at her to get out. Unbelievable that someone could be so rude and unprofessional, not to mention completely unacceptable to do to any woman.

Not a friendly staff. Was expecting there was toilet in such multi level shop but the staff rudely say no toilet. Much appreciate to be at zara Rome.

Totally impolite, the service was really bad, the salesman only called us as rude girls, just because we were 2 minutes late from closing when we were paying the clothes and we were late just because we waited more than 30 minutes for the fitting room.

Good diversity of clothes with different alternatives. I come here quite often and usually never have a problem during my shopping spree. However, a few days ago I went up to one of the women working there to ask if they had a jacket in a smaller size. First of all, she didn't even look at me as I spoke to her and chewed gum with her mouth open as she replied. Second of all, she didn't even bother to help, she just looked up briefly and said "I don't think so". The least she could do was to check with the scanner around her neck, but it just felt like she wanted me away from her as soon as possible. I had to go and look for the jacket in size S myself and eventually found it hanging by the changing room rack. No thanks to her. Whereas the other ZARA and their staff were so helpful and friendly when I needed guidance. I asked if they had more sizes available for a shirt for my boyfriend and the woman over there took some time to actually help me, scanned the article number, confirmed that there were no more shirts, but offered to order it in for pickup the very next day. Very helpful and approachable indeed. If you're not gonna be professional at work or at least have the manners to spit the gum out of your mouth, why be there and have it as your profession? You clearly don't wanna help your paying customers. Tea :)

Zara is located on the corner of Orsanmichele and Calimala down the road from Rinascente towards the river but sharing a wall. Zara Man is the other one where the original pin is. Submitted my edits to Google, but there's no room for explanation.

After waiting in a long line, I was told a much higher price than expected. When I pointed to the tag for the correct price, they made me note that it was in British pounds, and the price in euros was higher. Seriously? Tags in pounds in a store in Italy? 🙄

In one word, my experience with Zara of Florence Italy was disappointing. Other words I could use to describe a shopping experience I am sure to never repeat are disheartened, disgusted, and disrespected. On 9/24/22 after making a large purchase, I was inexplicably treated as a second class customer. I am not sure weather the employees treated me the way they did because I was an American tourist or because of my dark complexion and South American accent but the point is that the entire negative was completely unnecessary. What happened was that I forgot to request the VAT refund form (often called a "tax free form") at the time I made the purchase (I was unaware of the procedure at the time) so I went back to the Zara store with my receipt of purchase explaining the situation and my desire to request the aforementioned VAT document. A simple error with an even simpler solution that costs the store and it's employees nothing. The store clerk proceeded to tell me that she was not going to give me the form because the purchase had been the day before. Why the time frame mattered was a mystery to me as other customers at other stores were allowed to request the form before and after purchase with a receipt. I asked to speak to a manager who nonchalantly looked me up and down as if I was a begger off the street she was trying to shoo away quickly, and said that the only way was to get the form was to return the merchandise. Okay. If those are the rules, I can play by them. I went back to my hotel and returned to the store with the items to return an hour later. Problem solved right? I would return the merchandise and buy it again, this time with the registration for the AVT refund form. Wrong. The same two employees who attended me previously told me that they could receive the refund but they would not sell me the merchandise again. Now I was confused. Why would they deny my business? What did they have to gain by making this so difficult and then turning me away last minute after jumping through their hoops? Flabbergasted, I argued that there was no rule on the back of the receipt stating that they could not sell me the merchandise again..their response was vague, condescending, and curt. They said it was a company rule and to make a complaint, I would have to call the phone number on the back of the receipt. The merchandise was placed in a bin and returned to the store shelves before my eyes instead of saving everyone the effort and letting me buy it again. They definitively ruined the concept of shopping in this company, thanks to those Zara store clerks. I have been a client of this company for years. It WAS one of my favorite stores, I have bought in different locations in the United States where I live. Unfortunately, this experience has ruined the pleasure and satisfaction of buying from this company again. I write this review so that the company might consider hiring qualified customer service minded people who represent them with enthusiasm so no one else has to be treated and spoken to the way I was.

Waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told to go to the other change rooms as they were closing soon. We went downstairs and the lady wouldn’t let us in the change rooms as they were closing in 5 minutes. When we left she let the two Italian speaking girls behind us into the change rooms. Not very friendly staff towards tourists. Clothes were also stained with makeup and black marks. Won’t return here.

Checkout lady was not friendly at all and have arrived in Positano and gone to wear one of the items that I purchased from Zara Florence to realise that the lady did not take the security tag off! Not happy. It did not beep as I walked out the store either!

The clothes are excellent quality like always, but it’s incredibly busy and hard to navigate in. It took me around an hour in a half to just buy one pair of shorts due to waiting lines for the changing room and check out. Expect to spend a lot of time here even for a small amount of clothes. The customer service was also not the best. They were all kind to a fault. Most didn’t look me in the eye when speaking to me or had a hard time helping me.

Nice selection of clothes but unfortunately, the staff at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially towards international customer. Do better zara, you should hire people with the best customer service especially in places with high traffic volume and international clinetelle

Impolite ladies on the second floor cash desk. Charged me twice on two bank card via the POS, showing them my online banking that that took double the amount - did not believe me and the online banking that I showed. I called my bank and they confirmed that the amount is double. So, waiting for automatic return, if not that will have my complains officially via my bank. Pity, because the guy who was helping near the fitting room was really nice, but there is a low in marketing and unfortunately it is working not in favour of the cash desk ladies - one negative customer experience is neutralised by 7 to 10 positive!

I always check out Zara stores wherever we travel. This store was quite large but their clothes were very boring. I didn’t find anything that I liked. Staff tends to ignore you. I’ve noticed that this very common in Italy.

Garbage. No section for men. Where is gender equality? To much feminism inside.

Unfriendly staff and no mention that it’s a Women’s only store. Should be called Zara Women’s as it makes it clear that there is no men’s section. Staff was rude when I asked about wether there was a men’s area.

Completely racist staff, they were allowing men to stand for their wives outside the changing area, as soon as my wife went it and i stood out the staff started having a problem (because I was the only brown guy) , they asked me to leave and said no men allowed, to which i pointed every booth had a man standing outside, then they asked everyone to leave, my wife liked a few things but we did not buy anything because of the racist attitude, I ended up shopping from one in Rome, Venice and also Milan, all the other experiences were much better, I would advise shopping at other ZARA's

Not a fan of this location. Was very overcrowded and kind of messy from people leaving the items everywhere. However, the Zara staff was on top of it and trying to keep up.

The overall store was good and was semi organized but staff at register were terrible. My family and I each had an item we wanted to purchase and were deciding what form of payment to use while checking out. After a few seconds of talking, the lady at the desk became impatient and told us to move aside as she had to take another customer in a very rude and brisk manner. There was one person in line behind us. As we continued to check out she gave us very ugly looks, scoffed, and smirked at us. I have never experienced customer service this terrible. I work in retail as well and would never have this attitude with anyone. She spoke rapidly in Italian to the person working next to her and kept looking at us so it was very obvious she was talking bad about us. She had a horrible attitude and left all of my family with a negative experience. I am not sure if she was discriminating against us because we were Mexican and spoke Spanish but it was terrible. Please do better when hiring Zara. The cashier that we had was working on the 3rd floor at 4pm on the register on the right. She had curly hair that was black at the top and light brown/blonde at the bottom and was tan.

🫤 I came here to buy a cable for my TV: there's a good selection of products but packages not always match label and content of the box, so double-check everything. Quality of tech products is definitely below average but still good enough, and it's cheap.

😠 The place is good, a bit pricey but still. My main problem was the sales lady (short with black hair), who treated us like literal trash.
