The place is good, a bit pricey but still. My main problem was the sales lady (short with black hair), who treated us like literal trash. I have never experienced something similar in any other store in Florence. She told us to change seats when we were sitting in the main room, barked at us because my friend tried a single jacket over our clothes because she didn’t try it on in the fitting room, and let’s not talk about all the dirty looks she gave us the whole time. this was a disgrace really, absolutely felt like bullying.

Very disappointing staff called Marta. She does not want to help and kept insisting a dress 2 sizes bigger than mine would be my size as she does not have other sizes so I asked her to check in other stores and she asked me to check with another colleague - again she doesn’t want to help although I was sent to her by her colleague on the cashier. When I complained she acted nice because her colleagues came to understand what happened or to help and it was too late as we are here on holidays and not to have an argument with a store.

I had a disappointing and humiliating shopping experience. A saleswoman (tall with red hair) in the clothing store speaks to people in a degrading manner, shouts and interrupts customers' conversations, is misleading about the quality of the clothes.

I really enjoyed looking at the ceiling. It's in an old building that they kept the main rooms with the wooden ceiling, which is magnificent 👌🏼 The staff their were very helpful.

The staff inside are all very nice, except for a woman who is not tall and very thin. months ago I went to the dressing room to try on clothes, and she was very upset after I finished because I didn't put clothes on the clothes rack but i saw others were the same as me. And she took the clothes from my hand and threw them aside. I met her again at checkout today, and she still had the same attitude as usual.

Very bad experience with the tall red hair sales lady

This COS store had a great selection of women’s clothing but it’s annoying it’s spread over server floors. The men’s is bit disappointing.

Probably the best cos store I've been to. They have a great selection of items with multiple levels of clothing.

This COSy H&M store has a neat and clean bathroom in the 1st floor next to the stairs. Real relief when shopping in this fancy area 😉

Asked to leave a selection of clothes at the cashdesk as it was heavy to take upstairs to see the rest - staff nodded in agreement - but by the time got down (5 minutes) it was gone and they had put it back out and half was gone when I went to get it again. Complete waste of time and took the joy away from the shoppers’ experience.

This location has a great selection, friendly staff, and of course the clothing is always of high quality at a fair price.

I love the style. Very much my style, which was hard to find Before I discovered COS stores. Love the fabrics as well. The prices are rather reasonable, which makes it affordable. So happy to find you in London, Rome , Florence Rome and Houston. Keep on going we need you!

Very good store. Really well made minimal interior design with a lot of space. Looked better than some museums :)

A very very very rude guard in the door at the store in Firenze! Never Coming back!!!! When you have such rude staff you loose costumers immediatly!!!!!!!!!!
