I actually went twice in the same day. First was with my husband. The staff found the perfect sizes and were so helpful. Once we looked at the prices compared to the United States, he got a jacket. Then, at those prices, I had to go back to get a jacket for myself and the staff again were so fun finding jackets that, not only did I buy one, but so did my friend. Highly recommend.

I Purchased a white moncler jacket it was the last one and a mannequin had it on the sweet lady picked the mannequin of the stand and gave me the jacket i bought it im so glad!

NOT RECOMMENDED. They have very limited products and sizes. And absolutely male staff don’t wanna sell the product cuz they even resist to help the customers, letting them wait for very long time while female staff just use 1 min to get it done.

The man staff was so helpful. He immediately recognized the jacket I wanted to buy for my friend and found one from the basememt even when we thought it was sold out. He offered water & coffee while we were waiting for him to wrap it up and the shopping bag was nice ly covered in plastic, because it was raining outside. I recommend this boutique to anyone who wishes to buy Moncler.

Dont recommend buying in Moncler in Firenze, service is not good they dont speak really well english and do not clarify you all the details for exchange/return policies in other cities, ended up in having a whole mess just because the sales manager Coco did not clarify as she should although I asked multiple times!

Face control at a Moncler store? Any store in FLORENCE?! Hard to believe, right? Wrong! They have a bloke in a suit turning people away just because he does not like them. His excuse - the store is "full" , while all we could see were two people with a shop attendant. I still managed to get inside though. While I was speaking with the manager about his racist behaviour he turned away an Asian looking couple. Shame!

Mirko was excellent in helping me find the jacket I wanted. He went out of his way to make sure it was delivered to the store, and followed up with me to make sure the process went smoothly. The best customer service experience I’ve ever received, thanks again!
