This is a very nice Villa with a museum inside and it’s surrounded by a very beautiful garden, nice place to go for a walk and enjoy the lovely nature. It is very well maintained, it has lots of steps to walk up. So you get your exercise in as well, it’s a really great place to take some photos and enjoy a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed my time here and I would definitely recommend taking a stroll in this lovely garden. The Villa and the museum with the garden are definitely worth the trip.

My favorite garden in Florence. Such a beautiful view of the city. We saw the new Indiana Jones movie up there outside too….Amazing

Gorgeous gardens with amazing views of the city. The villa was closed so only the gardens were available for €10 per person which was totally worth it. Theres a patio area at the top where you can sit and relax and buy drinks and snacks.

Such a beautiful place, lovely garden and view over the city of Firenze. Many places were closed or were closing early (sadly? Especially during summer time). But this place was luckily open. 🌞 we enjoyed every second of it.

Beware that although the gardens are opened until 19.00, no entry tickets will be issued after 18.00, what I’ve found pretty annoying upon an arrival at 18.04! Other than that, the panorama of Florence is breath-taking, particularly if you are there at an event during the sunset time…

A very lovely place and a wonderful get away from the crowds and the city. Lots of trees and flowers and birds here. Don’t miss the wonderful café with a great view of the city. If you buy the ticket for the Pitti palace and Boboli gardens it’s also good for Bardini gardens.

Beautiful! I could spend the day here easily. It has a gorgeous view of the city from atop, a view similar to what you’d see at Piazzale Michelangelo. I would definitely recommend a nice stroll here on your trip to Florence. It’s not very big so it was not overwhelming at all, it wouldn’t take too much of your time. Also, buying the ticket for Villa Bardini also includes free entry to the Boboli Gardens. I without a doubt recommend to go to Villa Bardini first as you’ll be skipping the long line at the ticket station at Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens

Excellent view of the city. Beautiful gardens. A little escape from the busy streets. I also enjoyed the exhibition.

Villa Bardini & it's gardens has to be one of my favourite places in Florence. Its exhibitions are always intriguing, as I write, they're showing the photography of Lisetta Carmi. Then to the gardens and sit on the terrace with a good book, a beer or cocktail , some snacks and some rockin tunes in the background, Barry Can't Swim, Kalabrase... well done all !

I give this one star because of the very rude woman at the entrance, the one with short hair who I think has never smiled in her life. We didn't even feel welcome to some gardens that would otherwise be free in other major European cities. If I were you, I would skip the rude welcoming and paying 10euro and just wait until your next visit to another European city where the gardens are free and better. Also one star goes to the screaming group of school children who were allowed in, picking all the flowers and throwing their lunch on the grass

Very nice villa with great views of the city. Not busy, so a great place to come to escape the crowds. We were allowed to bring in our own food for a picnic with the amazing view.

We have received a truly demeaning treatment by the staff of Villa Bardini. We did not see the indication that a ticket was needed and instead of telling us politely, we were yelled at and insulted in front of the rest of the tourists as if we were trying to sneak in. We were about to file a complaint. Truly outrageous. We'll never recommend this place.

The views over Florence are amazing. Look for what exhibitions are on. When we visited the exhibition tickets included access to the gardens which is a good deal

Found this place quite by accident but really fell in love with it. A bit off the beaten path, it is a nice sanctuary from all the busy and crowded areas of central Florence. Beautiful garden, lovely art, a very nice view, and a great little cafe if you want a break after climbing the hill to get here.

Amazing escape from crowded Florence! We really enjoyed our time there. Beautiful view on the city. Very peaceful and laid-back place. Entrance tickets costed 10 euros each. We would recommend to visit a small restaurant up there with an amazing view

I'd go here in the summer. Kinda dead in winter

The tunnel of purple flowers we wanted to see the most was withered, so were many of the other flowers. We don't recommend visiting in the summer. Perhaps it looks better in spring.

Beautiful views. If you buy tickets for Pitti Palace + the garden Boboli the entrance is free here. Enjoy!

Incredible view, well worth the hike and 10€ entry to the gardens, could sit here for hours! Wine from the top was absolutely a highlight.

There are multiple belvedere spots inside the garden. The ticket costs 10€ and includes access to Boboli Gardens also. There is a terrace where you can enjoy the beauty of Florence and a tasty Aperol spritz Make sure it is not raining, because it is difficult to walk on the trods

Nice garden, with views overlooking the city

Not entirely fair to submit a one-star review since we could not enter the Bardini Gardens but thought it would be helpful for others to know even though the POSTED hours are until 20:00 (8:00 pm), the last entry time to buy tickets for the garden is 15:00 (3:00 pm). Be advised before you make the long and steep climb up!

Lovely place - beautiful view. I washere for a Gala, which was fun, so I don't know what it's like to just visit this place. If you're coming by car, you can park for free in the Forte Belvedere lot just up the hill.

Worth the hike for one of the most beautiful vistas on the city. Very nice temporary exhibits

Very very highly recommended visit! Scenery is very nice and the Italian style is all in this garden. Enjoyed a nice 1.30hrs walk around it and relaxed on a bench seeing Florence beneath.

A great place to enjoy the art and the landscape. I was unable to enjoy the gardens due to heavy storms when I visited, but from the terrace on the top floor you could see part of it.

Gorgeous terrace bar. Perfect place for an aperol spritz after your walk up here.
