Google has the wrong location for this place! It's actually part of Hotel Lungarno just a few steps down the road away from the bridge. Very great place to relax after a day of walking around after museums. Friendly, english speaking staff. Food hit the spot and the wine was good.

Excellent service, really good cocktails, and generous snacks along with the cocktails. My second cocktail was quite heavy with level of alcohol but the waitresses were kind enough to replace it. It was a perfect option for afternoon drinks.

Outlet located in Lungarno Collection. Great views and chill place. Service was very good. If you are looking for taking some sip along with nice views avoiding the crowd of Florence, definitely recommended. The only dowside was margarita pizza was most probably the tasteless pizza I had in my life.

There’s a lovely view to be had here across the river to the Ponte Vecchio. Quite special as the sun goes down. The food was expensive (I.e. normal Florence prices!) and nicely presented but not amazing. For the price, I think they could have make more effort on flavour and creativity. The staff were attentive, friendly and did their best to make it a pleasure to be there.

I expected way more from the food. They fries were oily and the melanzana parmigiana was not the best I had, not even close. The service is great though.

As a loyal customer since the early 2000s, I can confidently say that Pitchu never fails to impress. The staff at Pitchu goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making you feel welcome from the moment you step in. The bartenders are skilled and consistently serve delicious, expertly crafted drinks. The food at Pitchu, connected to the Michelin-starred restaurant Borgo San Jopaco, is outstanding, with a diverse menu of beautifully presented dishes. What truly sets Pitchu apart is the personal touch and strong customer connection, making it feel like "my bar" in Florence. I highly recommend a visit to Pitchu at the Lungarno Hotel for an unforgettable experience of genuine hospitality, amazing cocktails, and excellent food.

We went for drinks. The manager/Maitre’d was very friendly. Our waiters seemed bored and disinterested in being there. You pay a significant premium as you would expect at a nice hotel bar like that and the views are beautiful, but it’s Florence where beautiful views abound and service is almost always friendly so if the service lacks it’s very difficult to leave satisfied. It was probably just an off-day for the guys as their demeanor didn’t seem consistent with the establishment and its other representatives.

This is the perfect example of a place that portrays as classy but is really let down. The couches are sinking, the lamps have spiderwebs, there are hundreds of little flies or moths everywhere, and on top of that the wines are not the quality for the price. Moreover there is no noise dampening so everyone can hear what others are talking about, and the overall level of noise is far from what you would expect from such an expensive place. We left without even drinking the wine, just to get out of there (outside there was no seating available)

Cocktails were very poor quality especially considering this bar is part of Hotel Lungarno and they were €20! My "cocktail" tasted like a gin and tonic and didn't even look the part. Staff were also inattentive, the waiter didn't even look at us when he put the bill on the table. Recommend just looking at the view and going for a decent cocktail elsewhere.

A lovely spot with amazing views of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. A good place to relax and recharge. The food and wine were delicious (as almost everywhere in Italy) and a friendly, professional staff.

We had a delightful lunch on the river with champagne and a rum cocktail. We enjoyed a salad and pizza, both of which were delicious. The views are enchanting, the staff is friendly and attentive. It's a real find!

Tucked out of the way with a beautiful view of the river/ponte, if you are lucky enough to snag one of the 5 outdoor tables, you won't regret it. Not for the casual tourist, the quality and price are high.

Unique view on the pond and good drinks! Look for the bar next to the parking garage. Its worth everything. (Service… good)
