Amazing stay at Casa Thiele. It's such a beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of Florence in a historical building. Anna is an absolutely amazing host, she told us so much about the history of the city and gave great recommendations on things to do. The rooms are stunning with great attention to detail. Best thing is the delicious breakfast we were treated to before our days of exploration. Could not recommend this stay any higher for Florence!

This is a bed & breakfast, but really it's a tiny hotel run by locals. Our room was pretty large had a great atmosphere, it's very clean and the staff is super friendly! The location couldn't be better, although our particular room which faced the pedestrian street was somewhat plagued by noise from happy pedestrians and in the weekends from the neighboring square - the price you have to pay for staying in the middle of the city. The breakfast buffet is small but good.

I had the best experience! I highly recommend this cute hotel/B&B. The location is fabulous. Right in the heart of the city. There were even a couple times during the day I stopped back for a break or to grab something. The owners are great! Fabulous with communication and you can tell they really care about you. They have great amenities including water and wine and a fridge in the room. I appreciate these little touches. Towels are great, bed is comfortable. Shower is so nice after a long day of site seeing. As a single female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. When I come back I will be staying here again.

Couldn’t recommend more. Staff we so helpful even before we arrived. Chatting to us on WhatsApp to help us find parking. Gianmarco even stayed up until 2am to let us check in late when we had issues and delays. The guy who did breakfast was also really pleasant and gave us coffees and snacks outside of the actual times when we were delayed too. The room was lovely and cute too. The location was excellent so all around a very good experience.

Aside from locating the entrance (the door in the middle) the stay was fabulous. Do not bring a lot of luggage. No elevator. Four flights up.

Booked this directly through the website with a valid VISA credit card for my honeymoon only to get an immediate “reservation cancelled”. Reached out to the owner, haven’t heard back yet - but the room is still available on their site. So unsure if there is actual availability here, or if they somehow make other decisions based on who/who cannot make reservations. Would love to be able to update to something different but sadly my experience as of now.

Breakfast is lovely, but if you tick everything, you will get everything! Sets you up for the day ahead. The only thing I found hard going, was the flights of stairs up to the hotel but that's cause I'm not that fit at the moment 🙈

We had such a great stay! The man running the hotel is so sweet and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Best part was the location of this place! Multiple times we were walking the town and kept finding our way back to it and kept being surprised how close it was situated to everything! I would definitely stay here agin. I miss it already.
