Lara helped us this evening and I have not experienced better customer service. They were polite, engaging, listened, not pushy. My wife had a leather jacket that is customised to her size and shipped when ready to Australia - I picked up a pair of hand made brushed leather shoes. Incredible service and leather. It took me several days of visits to both shops in Florence to decide on a jacket, some shoes and belts. All of the people who work in the shops are knowledgeable and truly want you to be happy with your purchase. They are very fun and helpful. They even gave us some restaurant suggestions and Italian lessons. The story behind the company owners is worth reading. They are great!!

Wow! This store is absolutely amazing! Their product is amazing and their employees are even more amazing than that. Ibtissam helped me and she was absolutely incredible! This is my favorite store in the entire world. I stumbled into a Benheart store in Rome back in 2016 and bought a Jacket. It has since become my favorite item I have ever owned. Not only does everyone compliment it but it has withstood the test of time. After all these years it has held up beautifully and only become more beautiful with age. THIS IS THE BEST LEATHER IN THE WORLD! After years of loving this jacket and a promise to my girlfriend that I would get her one next time I was in Europe, I finally was able to go to the location that started it all… beautiful Florence Italy. I was excited to get a job in Monaco this year and immediately planned to extend my trip and go to Florence just to buy more leather. I took several trains from France and 8 hours later I made it to Florence. The first thing I did was check in to my hotel but then went straight to the local Benheart store. Where I met Ibtissam. She went way beyond and made my experience absolutely beautiful! I ended up leaving with 2 jackets for my girlfriend and a new jacket, shirt and backpack for me. Ibtissam ended up wearing the same sized jacket as my girlfriend so she actually tried on many many many jackets and allowed me to take pictures so my girlfriend halfway across the world in Hawaii could pick out the one she wanted. I have never been treated so well while shopping. She was absolutely the best! It doesn’t stop there. I was so excited about the experience and my new leather that I left the store and forgot my girlfriends old leather jacket I brought with me to get the sizing right. This was a HUGE mistake as it was a coat I bought for her in Spain and it was the first gift I had ever given her. It is beautiful but nowhere near the quality of Benheart leather, but that did not matter because it was very special to her. I did not remember until I had already left Italy. I called the shop in a panic and Ibtissam was actually the one to answer the phone. She was amazing again and assured me the jacket was safe and sound. When I told her I had already left and couldn’t come back for it she offered to send it all the way to Hawaii and wouldn’t even let me pay for shipping! As you can see I cannot say more good things about Ibtissam, Benheart and the quality of their product and service. Take it from someone who has loved one of their jackets for over 6 years, THIS IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD! My girlfriend and I will love all of our leather for the rest of our lives and we know they will last that long. I have a feeling they will still be in perfect shape when handed down to our grandchildren one day! Haha! Now I have to bring my girlfriend back to Florence to hopefully meet the beautiful, kind and amazing Ibtissam along with buying even more leather haha! The only thing left is on the next trip I hope to meet Ben. I want to tell him personally how amazing his company and products are! Ok first off, BENHEART leather is of the absolute best quality, that alone warrants going and buying literally as much as you can. But I absolutely LOVED the staff! Chiara and Lara were both so impossibly sweet and funny and they helped me with every little request, never getting annoyed or bothered like some stores do when you ask to try multiple things on. Lara even offered me some snacks while I was there and got me a coffee! I spent the most time with Chiara and she was an absolute joy. You can tell she really loves what she does and is passionate about it. And above all: she is kind. They both are. I bought 2 jackets for myself and 2 purses as gifts for friends and tomorrow I’m going in to buy more! So, all that to say: GO HERE!! For the excellent products AND for the absolutely lovely, amazing people. (And shoutout to Afef for helping me reserve a shearling jacket through Instagram and email! I haven’t met you in person but I’m sure you’re just as sweet and amazing!)

It is a stylish leather goods shop with high social media advertising skills which has been recommended in different websites. However the quality of the jacket is really in doubt: they even claim that the old lamb skin is better than young lamb skin. Some efforts should definitely be put on improving the quality! Forget my comments if you don't care about the money. if you care, Garrett is a much better choice.

This location of Benheart is absolutely gorgeous. The colorful ceiling and the fact that the store leaves bright lights on for a good part of the night make it an essential stop for nighttime window shopping.

We came here on vacation 5 years ago and when we were back in Florence we remembered how great the shop was and wanted to come back - it did not disappoint! Chiara spent tons of time helping my friend and I and our husbands pick out some amazing shoes and belts. She was so kind and funny and patient, never made us feel rushed and gave us great tips on what to get. It was fun hanging out with her and we also got some amazing high quality shoes. Can’t recommend enough! This location is a little quieter than the one in the main shopping district, so I would recommend this one if you want to be able to browse and take your time.
